Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing local attractions. Many reviewers highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the spacious and clean rooms in some cases. However, several guests reported significant issues with service, including unprofessional and uncooperative staff, as well as poor cleanliness in some rooms. Complaints about the breakfast quality, lack of hot water, and misleading information about room size and amenities were also common. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were appreciated, there were notable concerns about cleanliness, service consistency, and value for money.AI-generated from customer reviews
