Cons (-) They put us in a smoking room and refused to move us. Everything was grimy and sticky. There were burn holes in the sheets. My friend went to the desk for towels, and was told to flag down a maid. Two maids that he went to refused to give him any because they didn't want to run out!! Then some shady guy came knocking on our door at 1:30am multiple times (I did not answer). I've never felt so unsaf...
