Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access shopping, attractions, and key city areas by foot. Many also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with several mentions of positive experiences during check-in and special requests. The breakfast receives positive feedback for its variety and taste. However, cleanliness is a major issue for many guests, with repeated complaints about dirty rooms, carpets, bathrooms, and bedding, as well as unpleasant odors and maintenance issues in some rooms and facilities. While the hotel offers good value and amenities, improvements in cleanliness and room upkeep are strongly needed.
