Extremely nice hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Hreat staff and great facilities. High tech lighting system a bit cumbersome to use which has been a recurring them for me lately.

Pros (+) My stay in an Executive Suite was great and the Club Lounge was very good but the Air Conditioning in my bedroom never worked and the hotel was unable to repair it. They just changed the thermostat to display a lower room temperature but the air coming out was hot. I had to sleep in the living room on the couch because it was so hot some nights.
