Facilities excellent, no problems at all.
Access, serious queue on roads outside. Time taken to bookout. Someone having to physically check my mini bar usage, bag of nuts, rather than accept my word. Would definitely stay again.

The complimentary commute service between airport and hotel is excellent. The room is big and clean, and room service is also great. The swimming pool does not have lots of people, making it relaxing for having private enjoyment. Breakfast is great with a broad variety of food and drink options, at good value as well.
The location is a bit unsatisfactory. Although it is close to airport, the transportation to other parts of the city is inconvenient. Especially, the hotel is located at the middle of a long road, but unfortunately the road is under renovation (I guess), and the traffic jam there is extremely serious all the time. Every time I call a taxi, it has to go through the traffic jam, do a U-turn to reach the lobby entrance, which usually takes more than 10 minutes. (Without traffic jam, I am sure it can reach the hotel in just 2 minutes. Also, there is not enough convenience stores or restaurants nearby the hotel.

It could have been cleaner.the staff were not fluint in english. Room was not cleaned to the standards to which I felt I had paid for. Drains in in the shower stall and sink were plugged. I askevstaff more than once to look into fixing. Eventually the drains were unplugged. Called for a taxi numerous times to go to the mall only to be turned down because traffic was to bad. So either the taxi driver was making to much money or the hotel is located in the wrong spot. Sad but true. I came down to the front lobby to confirm what I had owed two days prior to checking out, the had told me and shown me that it was 52000 baht when I came down to pay the bill the number increased by 11000 baht which to me was unacceptable.i tried to explain but the language barrier was a problem. The hotel keys never worked properly for the time I stayed there. Beautiful hotel but I would not choose to stay there again. Sincerely yours Dean Hagen
