Breakfast options were amazing and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Nice touches in the room such as snacks and tea/coffee. Location was great for Sukhumvit and near to skytrain - also a tuktuk service to the main road which was a nice offer if a little pointless (it’s a 2 minute walk). Full set of toiletries provided in bathroom along with towels.
The location, while central, was a little hard to find. Not the fault of the hotel, but there was very loud construction work going on outside which made things less restful. Hotel itself was not very well soundproofed so could hear all other guests. Shower seemed to fire in all directions except for down so it was hard to actually get washed!
This hotel is good value for your money. The room we had was really spacious and although it did not have a great view as some others (it looked out over a huge building site, ) it was quiet, very comfortable and had a kitchen unit as a bonus. The breakfast was great. Lots of fresh fruit, great selection from the set menu for eggs, etc and plenty of cereal and yoghurt options too. We were impressed with the pool on 8th floor. Although smallish it was refreshing and had a good supply of pool towels . The free tuktuk shuttle down to the main Sukhumvit Rd was excellent and such nice guys driving them. It was only a short walk from there to the Terminal 21 mall or to the Asok or Sukhumvit BTS stations. Good food options nearby and cheap massage parlour very nearby. Quite hard to find if you dont have a GPS but we knew to turn at the Raddisson Blue Hotel corner. Although the alley was quite dark at night we did not feel unsafe.
Maybe the bread/toast options could be more healthy. But honestly, I am struggling to criticise this place. Its not 5 star and isnt in the most popular location but it is excellent value for what you get and very adequate as a base in Bangkok.
looks like small family hotel. nice breakfast . clean. tuktuk from hotel to the main street and back.
big construction plant close to the hotel. we could see it from our room.
Friendly, helpful staff. Nicely designed hotel with an attractive garden, located away from the main drag, but within walking distance, or easily reached by courtesy tuk-tuk. Breakfast is good.
Hot water in our room was not working properly on arrival but this was fixed promptly while we were out. No complaints.
Quiet location close to Sukhumvit main road and skytrain station , arty looking rooms, good breakfast friendly staff, very clean
