Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff received many compliments for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several guests highlighting positive experiences at the front desk. Cleanliness was also a strong point, as rooms were generally well-maintained and tidy. Many found the beds comfortable and the rooms spacious enough for groups. However, some guests noted issues with noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor, and a few mentioned outdated facilities or less comfortable extra beds. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for visitors.

The staff were nice, attentive and very helpful. But I just couldn't get over the smell in the lobby. Although it does not stink, it constantly smelled like the kitchen. The elevator is also very slow and the bathroom door was chipped in my room.
