Pros (+) The price was good. Our room was clean. Fridge and microwave worked well. Coffee maker - A OK!
Cons (-) The bed wasn't the most comfortable. Kinda felt like a wrestling or boxing ring. The AC was really loud.

Cons (-) When checking out I requested a receipt from the front staff. The guy working the desk wouldn't even look at me till he realized I want leaving. I asked for a receipt and he pulled a paper from a board in front of him and threw it on the counter. I looked at it and it contained my name and room number but no cost information. I asked him again and hhis response was "that was all I would be getting...

Pros (+) My mom was traveling with a group of friends and asked for me to help her with her reservations. She said she really enjoyed her stay, the room was clean and ready when she arrived. The front desk staff were informative about what was around to do. They mentioned some museums that thy might find interesting. They said the breakfast was also good, as well.
Cons (-) I didn't hear anything bad about it. :-)

Pros (+) Not terrible. Small and very few outlets. Beds were an the high side, made it hard for us, especially the kids to get in. They were mostly comfortable but did feel like you could role off when on edges. Parking is limited on the close rooms and had.to park far away from our building. Pros (+) The front desk staff was friendly and awake when I checked in at 1am
Cons (-) The bed was so uncomfortable! They have Summer bedding that doesn't hold body heat at all! I had to crank the heater just to make it tolerable.

Pros (+) The rooms are clean, comfortable, and affordable.
Cons (-) This is our second stay we appreciated the economical value and cleanliness, however on both stays the female receptionist was extremely rude the other staff were polite and hospitable but she is terrible no manners or customer service etiquitte whatsoever.
