We are located half-way between Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Conveniently located off I-15 at the East Main Exit. We are next door to Starbucks and surrounded by eating establishments. Barstow Station is across the street. The Tanger Shopping Outlet Mall is only 5 miles. Greyhound Bus Station is across the street. Calico Ghost Town is within 10 miles. The Marine Corp. logistic base is only 5 miles away and Ft. Irwin, US Army Base is only 15 miles. Small dogs and cats welcome for a nominal fee. Pros (+) The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the rate was very reasonable.
Cons (-) The room allowed all sorts of noise into the room and there's a train every half hour. The room was also 20 feet away from a drive through. I think this could have been remedied by adding some weatherstripping on the door (we could see light coming in all around the door).
