This is a beautiful hotel located near the old town and to the tram. A Basel Pass with free transit and discounts to museums was included. Breakfast, though not included, was delicious.

Pros (+) Room was clean, comfortable, and had quite modern furnishings. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast included with room.
Cons (-) Room was not air conditioned. Had to use a small flight of stairs to get to our room, which was cumbersome with luggage.
