Pros (+) The building and setting
Cons (-) Completely understaffed. Awful service from start to finish. Had to wait for check in, room service, queue for breakfast, wait for breakfast, queue for check out. The stay was just really bad and considering we had paid £260 for ONE NIGHT we were expecting a much better experience. Very disappointed
