Bathroom shower, water leaked out of shower, pass the little vinyl floor barriers and flooded bathroom. Used towels to stop leak and block gaps to keep floor dry. Why am I paying $12 everytime for the buffet style breakfast in the morning? That should come with the room? It just feels nickle and dimey.

Pros (+) The location is good for a quick stay
Cons (-) We arrived and the hotel was actually closed completely. They had a sign saying they upgraded our stay by putting us up at the hotel next door which was the dirtiest most run down crown plaza I have been to. Definitely did not feel like an upgrade
