Pros (+) House cleaning staff was awesome!! Access to the Kellogg Arena was exceptional.
Cons (-) Did not like the way my family was treated at the restaurant inside the hotel. The staff was unorganized and unfriendly. Also, did not like the security guards in the pool area.
