Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff received many compliments for their helpfulness, professionalism, and friendliness. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with guests noting well-maintained and spotless rooms. Breakfast received mixed feedback: while some appreciated the variety and quality, others were disappointed by extra charges for coffee, limited healthy options, or a focus on Turkish cuisine. Room size and comfort were generally well received, though a few guests mentioned issues with air conditioning, noise, or outdated furnishings. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, and many guests expressed a desire to return.AI-generated from customer reviews
