Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which is convenient for exploring the town and accessing local amenities. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and common areas. The absence of an elevator and the presence of steep, narrow stairs are frequently mentioned as challenges, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful and others encountering rudeness or lack of professionalism. Value for price is often questioned, with several guests feeling the hotel does not meet expectations for the rates charged.
