Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and comfortable beds. Many appreciated the friendly staff and found the rooms to be of good size. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty floors, pest problems, and unclean towels. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as lacking or not as advertised. Service experiences varied, with some guests finding staff helpful and others reporting unhelpful or slow service. Overall, while the location and bed comfort stood out as positives, improvements are needed in cleanliness and breakfast offerings.AI-generated from customer reviews
