Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near metro stations, bus stops, and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Many reviewers also highlight the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, with several positive mentions of assistance from reception. However, some guests report issues with cleanliness, especially in bathrooms, and discomfort with hard beds. Value for money is generally seen as good, though some feel the price does not excuse certain shortcomings. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and service, but improvements in cleanliness and comfort are needed.
