Chinese License is needed
Pros: ease of booking
Cons: you should know that china have a specific rule for foreigner driver to have a translated Chinese license; Instructions for getting to the hertz office were terrible and i looked for it almost an hour when I finally got to them, i couldn't rent the car with my international driving license. Very BAD experience!

Do not accept foreign credit cards or foreign card
Pros: Nice and clean car, friendly service. Fortunately, I can speak Mandarin, otherwise might have had difficulty.
Cons: It is impossible to rent a car without a Chinese bank-issued credit card at this place. Also, they tried to charge me a higher price than agreed on the website. I think the system was not automatically linked to this website price. I had to ask them to check the reservation manually, then the price was adjusted. They were very friendly through the process.
