The girl at the front desk was very nice.
The guy at the front desk was very arrogant and rude. When we wanted to go on a tour he tried to pressure us into using their driver. When he made a call for us he tried to overcharge us, then refused my dollar bill because it had two tiny marks on it he likened to bug bites. The room was very old and I never felt entirely clean although it was not visibly dirty.

I enjoyed the proximity to great cafes and wonderful buildings. I also appreciated Iman and the friendly staff at the hotel.

The location.
The hotel has a policy of allowing no visitors that was I was not made aware of until after I had handed over all of my money. The staff was unsympathetic and they appeared to simply be trying to squeeze as much money out of us as possible.

First time in my life I've ever encountered used soap being offered in the restroom. Burns all over fabric of beds and carpet, open restroom window between the rooms. Walls paper thin. Like sleeping on cardboard.

“If you are traveling on budget and don't plan on staying more than two or three days, I suggest this hotel. But if you are a sensetive person it's better to look for another place :) The location is very good, it is almost on Hamra street and 10 minutes away from the northern coast.”
