Pros (+) Great staff, very professional and helpful. English was excellent. Room was large, modern, and clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Spa was a retreat, staff excellent.
Cons (-) Cigarette smoke in the lobby, but expect that everywhere in Belgrade.
