Pros:Very Close to Parx Casino. Beautiful rooms and hotel. Great Breakfast in the bistro. Nice indoor pool/spa and gym. Friendly Staff on the hotel side.
Cons:Staff at the bistro was not very friendly. Breakfast was great but after standing at the counter for 10 minutes to place my order I had to have the front desk agent go into the back to get the staff. No smile and not friendly. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 2am but that is not something they can control so I still have them 5 stars over all. Business Center computers sucks. Half way into a work project they lost connection and had to be reset. Just get a standard computer.

Pros:We loved the indoor pool and whirlpool! Great way to decompress before hitting the slots.
Cons:I wanted a balcony or opened window but I knew they had neither so it was okay

Cons:Booked a king... Got there and was given a room, which turned out to be a double. I called he from desk and hey told me they were sold out. I told them I wanted a refund and to cancel my reservation that I would go else where. The girl at the front told me she couldn't do that, so therefore I contacted the third party I booked through. They called the hotel and the hotel told them since I went into the room they wouldn't cancel it. Bait and switch at its finest.
