Pros (+) I found the bed comfortable enough and slept well, helped also by curtains that did a good job of keep the outside light outside. Excellent size of both the bed/living room and the bathroom. Location conveniently accessed via public transport from airport and likewise easy to travel further from.

Despite booking the room online and being a member of the "loyalty" program Discovery, I was required to hand-write my details on a form at checkin. What sort of poor service is that?
