Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and the quality of the breakfast. Many also enjoyed the relaxing pool and wellness area. However, some reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness in certain rooms, outdated facilities, and occasional problems with amenities like air conditioning or TV. Safety concerns were raised in one review, and there were a few complaints about delayed check-in and value for price. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially regarding location, service, and breakfast.AI-generated from customer reviews
