It was a roof and a bed. No towels so I couldn't even take a shower, phone was broken, TV didn't work and there was no promised wifi. Not impressed

PROS: The AC worked.CONS: The room wasn't ready when we arrived after 3, the pillows were like socks stuffed into pillowcases, there was a plastic grocery bag wrapped around the smoke alarm, telling me that there were smokers in the room, no breakfast, pool, or hottub.
