Property is pet friendly! Historic building in the heart of old town. Tons of charm. We had the King room with marble shower, and loved its spaciousness. Staff was very nice. We also took advantage of the adjacent restaurant for breakfast ( Berry something....) and had a great as well.
Nothing really. It is close to the train station and tracks running through town. Plan on hearing some rail activity and train horns.
Lovely ambiance. Nice retro vibe. Ballroom is an amazing work of restoration and this property is clearly a labor of love for the owners. I really respect what they are trying to do and I am pleased to support them. Would rather stay in a place like this than a character-less Holiday Inn. Staff were very nice in being creative to get us a couple of wine glasses and a cork screw
No place to eat on the property on a Sunday night. Also the clawfoot tub in room 305 leaks onto the floor.
Sofa bed was horrible
Having to arrange for check in. Difficult to pin down when you are traveling.
I loved everything!! The bed was comfortable, the pillows were perfect, the tub was so deep with really hot water!!! We loved having two sinks, one for each of us to get ready. It was so awesome! The view of the deck added to our room. Thank you very much for such great accommodations.
We were disappointed the restaurant was closed but that was separate from our room. We did enjoy a nice breakfast at Berry Fields so honestly we don’t have any negative feedback.
Historical building, very classy looking. Staff was very friendly. Building was very quiet.
The heat was not working so we were freezing at night. With an older building came very low water pressure so we couldn’t take a nice hot shower to warm up after sleeping with no heat.
