Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location was central and easy to locate and move around. Property was royal and surrounding garden area excellent to have breakfast and mix with friends

It is located in a quiet residential area of Bikaner and is yet accessible. The junagarh museum and Lallgarh palace both are within a 5 minute commute from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and go out of heir way to keep you comfortable and happy.
Charging for mobile phones are not available. Ultimately the property sent someone and resolved the issue
