The rooms offer bathtubs and separate showers, along with free bottled water and coffeemakers. Some of the other room amenities include daily housekeeping, a refrigerator on request, an in-room safe, and an iron and ironing board.

Stanley House Hotel & Spa offers full breakfasts at the on-site restaurant, which are available for a surcharge. On weekdays, the breakfasts will be available between 7 am and 10 am, and on weekends from 8 am to 10 am. The on-site spa has a minimum age of 16. It provides a wide range of different types of treatments, such as detox wraps, facial treatments, body wraps, body scrubs, massages, and aromatherapy treatments. A fitness center is available, as well.
