Great value for your money, rooms and communal spaces were kept clean and tidy throughout the stay.
Rooms were very basic but still meet all practical needs.
The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating, checked out the shower when I brought it up and followed up on it, it did seem to fix itself, but they made sure I was happy and even offered us a room swap if we wanted it. The location for anyone visiting the pleasure beach is fantastic, you can see the big ones lift hill from the dining area. Parking seemed plentiful when we visited, fair few spaces and more on street just outside. For the price I paid I feel most of the niggles I've mentioned can be forgiven. Decent bed, good breakfast, parking (if available) all included in the price no hidden charges which I have experienced in some other places. Will definitely consider staying here again.
The shower was temperamental and water pressure isn't great when it did want to work, though the latter does seem to be a common flaw of blackpool hotels in my experience. Door locks a bit fiddly but fine once you learn the trick to it. Lift is out of order (seemingly for a while) and stairs are rather steep so anyone with mobility issues might struggle if on the higher floors. Decor could use an update.
Window wouldnt close and was freezing. There were flies in the kettle. The double bed was two singles pushed together. The cups were dirty. The sheets smelt. The womens toilets downstairs were broke just told to use the mens wish were flithy. The list is endless
WiFi signal did not reach 3rd floor (when we were there) music quite load on the Saturday night from ground floor at 11.45pm.
Televisions have but remount control tv no have shame
