When picking up the car, I was told the price would be almost double what I was told would be the total when I booked the car. I told the lady at the Avis rental counter that I didn’t want the insurance since I had purchased insurance through Kayak. She said she could see that. When I asked why the price was so different she said it was airport fees and said I needed to sign the agreement. I felt pressure to sign and I should not have but I did. Come to find out on my receipt that she did put the insurance on my agreement even though I told her I didn’t want it. When I reached out to Avis customer service they told me that since I signed the agreement they wouldn’t do anything about it.

My reserved car was not available at the airport. I was sent to a satellite office that was closed for business in October. I had to go to a second satellite office. My R car only had a quarter of a tank of gas. I ended up paying close to $45 for taxi cab rides. Worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car. I think they should reimburse me for both the car and all of the taxi expenses.

It was find except for the fact there wasn’t enough windshield wiper fluid; the low indicator light came on on day one. Also, the blades were long overdue for a change. The streaks made it hard to see at times. The lady who checked me in was super helpful and the drop off was convenient.

When I went to go pick up the seven seat van they didn’t have it. All they could offer me is a six seat Jeep. As I was driving it, I noticed how dirty it was. There was white sticky in the center console. I got about two miles away and the windshield wiper fluid light came on. I filled it up and the next day on the road the light came on again. It also would only spray out the passenger side. The man helping me at Enterprise was nice and did his best to help me when I picked up the car but it was a pretty bum deal overall.

I had a ten hr delay thanks to United Airlines. It was a rough day but getting my rental checked out at 10:00 PM was the easiest thing I dealt with all day. The gentleman at the counter was pleasant and made the whole thing simple. Thank you! The Jeep was fun to drive :)

I reserved a seven seater SUV and got a van. Van had many issues and wouldn’t start in the mornings, so returned it for a new one and got attitude from the budget representative. Eventually was given a replacement van and had no issues after that.
