Alison was professional and helpful. I wish her computers were running faster! The software was taking a while to load yet she wasn’t getting frustrated. She was quick on her feet and started to boot up another computer. Easy drop off, overall smooth process. Thanks!Cons:

I’ll never use a discount car rental again. I saved $5, but my trip was canceled due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. Since I saved $5 on the discounted price, I was not refundable and they would not allow me to change the rental to a future date. Horrible customer service. Stay away!10.0 Wonderful

Desk attendant at pick up was rude and seemed to like surprising us with fees/deposits instead of explaining things, even when we approached the desk and said good morning and waited to be called up to the desk, instead of just waltzing up and demanding service. We tried to start things off nice since it was 7am, but it was not reciprocated. My brother and I are tall/big guys, and so we try to be extra nice in order to not be scary, and so we are very concientous about our approach with people. We said 'hello' and 'how are you' to the drop off attendant. The drop off attendant said 4 words total: 'Hello,' and, 'Okay, you're good.'2.0 Poor

I was duped at the counter by being told that if I prepaid for fuel it would be less expensive. I questioned the $109 charge for my $45 rental and was led to believe that it would be reduced to the amount of fuel I used. At turn in they charged me $109 even though I only used a quarter tank of fuel (at $2.62 a gallon)? Very misleading!10.0 Wonderful

The rental didn’t even happen because even though we called their corporate customer service and had the pickup time changed the number they had for the local office at the Boise airport was disconnected and turns out their office closes at 5 pm and they don’t offer any sort of after hours pick up.Cons:

First time I ever rented from Avis. Everything went very well. We got a nice upgrade though the ticketing agent never said why. I would like to have known though it was a pleasant surprise when we got to the car at 1:00 a.m. Really enjoyed the Ford Edge. I will actually consider looking at them the next time I am in the market for a vehicle.Cons:
