Pros (+) Comfortable, firm bed. Hot water. Heater works; not too loud. Half-size refrigerator is convenient. Modern TV.
Cons (-) Facility is old. No bathtub stopper. The outside door stopper on my room was missing.

Cons (-) It's a bit run down but reasonable for the price. It has the absolute worst free wi-fi of any hotel I've ever stayed in.

Cons (-) Comforter was filthy. . . on both beds. Curtains did not close. Room very shabby. the check in process was HORRIBLE. To every customer they stated "We have not gotten payment from (online service)." Yet payment was showing on cards. EVERY CUSTOMER. THEN My three keys did not work when I was trying to get into my room so went down three times. The whole reason I got room at last minute was to sleep...

Pros (+) Staff was nice and there was cable TV
Cons (-) They didn't have the room we paid for available, gave my room away so I had to have an even dirtier smellier room the first night. The floors were filthy, the bathtub creaked whenever I showered and I felt as though I was going to fall through it. Constant noise from the freeway, Lowes and Walmart outside. Found half eaten donut under the bed when we checked in. NOT worth the money I paid.

Cons (-) Huge stains on ratty carpets. Dirty stained bedspreads. Damaged cushions on the chairs. One channel available on the tv--even after resetting the box per instructions from the front desk. Overflowing trash cans on the property. No working lights by the beds, half the bulbs burnt out over the sink, dirty coffee pot, only road in is though the back of the Walmart parking lot. Pros (+) The heater was not working and I was cold all night. The shower valve was not working. The TV was locked and didn't have good signals

Pros (+) The price was good, location was good. Staff was friendly.. Did not get bothered.
Cons (-) Not cleaned well at all. There were pants under a chair on arrival. hair on the carped and cloging the drain, the shower would go between scalding hot to ice cold randomly.

Cons (-) My daughter wiped chocolate on a hand towel and I was made to purchase it. Really wasn't necessary to charge me extra for something that would easily come out. I could have washed it in the sink with the stupid soap bar if I knew that was going to happen.
