For a one night stopover this hotel was good. Staff are really friendly and very helpful. Hotel starting to look a bit tired in places.
Food in the brassiere is a bit steep for what it was
Nice clean hotel and beds very comfy.
Room extremely warm and no air con or fan available in room, was told on check out that fans are available at reception but no signage in the room or at check in to tell you this. Breakfast was ok but not worth the price you pay, we ate at 8am on a Sunday morning and choice was very limited. Only eggs available on buffet are fried and when asked member of staff if other options are available (again no signs to tell you!) I was told that these can be made to order however when asking for a plain omelette was made to feel that this was an inconvenience and told that it would take a while to make. I asked for this to be made anyway and it did take 15 minutes to arrive at my table by which time I had already finished the other items I had taken from the buffet.
The facility,s, great for families. Kids or couples looking to escape,
The staff were excellent, very friendly, exceptionally helpful, they really are the hotels best assist. The food was great, much better than we expected. The rooms were clean.
Some of the hotel could do with a good clean/fix up. The seal between the bathroom tiles was black and mouldy and the same in the swimming pool..... Just a bit grimy. Also the shower in our room was VERY low powered, getting the shampoo out of my hair was a very long and frustrating process. Very few electrical outlets in the room (2) and in frustrating locations(you can't plug in a hair dryer or straighteners and see in a mirror or sit down to use your phone while it's charging) Location is not great, you need to drive or take a taxi everywhere.
Everything. Lovely pleasant staff, no disturbance from the cleaners. Great location, beautiful property, amazing pool facilities. Great stay as always thank you.
