The Inn at Crestwood houses 39 rooms. Choices of rooms include the Elite King, the Luxury Double Queen or an accessible version of this, the Double Queen, and the Grandfather Guest Room. There are also the Grandfather Suite and the Master Suite. For more space, guests can choose one of the four cottages on the property. Cottages are free-standing with full kitchens, gas fireplaces, private terraces, and all the comforts of a home in the mountains. All rooms have climate control, TVs with cable, free Wi-Fi, and private bathrooms. Some are pet-friendly.

Guests can dine at The Table Restaurant on the hotel property. The food is southern-inspired cuisine. The dining room offers views of the surrounding mountains. The restaurant also includes a bar. Note that the restaurant is not open on Mondays or Tuesdays. Breakfast is included with every stay. There are other options for dining within five miles of the hotel. Stick Boy Bread Co and The Restaurant at Gideon Ridge are a couple to try.
