Location was perfect
It was run not for guests but for the convenience of their finance team. We had dinner in seabreeze and because we asked for a no post in our room, the hostess asked us to pay upfront (which is weird considering we are in house guest!) then I told her we are staying in the hotel, she said thats the policy. We told them we havent even eaten yet and you want to charge us? She just smiled. Thats a very silly policy. Second, we ordered two mango shakes. At the time of billing, she told us to pay it twice because we are paying by card. We have an international card so we told them to add them together considering its the same table, she said thats not possible. It is such an inconvenience to us!!!! Then on our last day, a staff randomly stopped us while I was carrying my child and we were few steps away from our room, to check which room we are staying. When we answered and I asked back 'is there a problem?' He replied 'no mam' I said so why are you asking us our room? The staff replied.. nothing. Noone has done that for the days we were there until our last day! Another process we certainly didnt understand was everytime you ask for something, you sign a paper to say that you have borrowed something. A bit old school process. Overall, staff are nice BUT the experience in seabreeze was a downfall. It was just frustrating! You have to change the system as it caters me to your internal process than a guest experience.

Ive stayed at Hennan in Bohol. Same look, however the room view or the Lack of View terrible. Felt like a dungeon. The room itself is nice and very comfortable but the view wasnt what I expected. It was dark and felt like I was in a Cave. Small window and that Window had no Privacy as it was on ground floor next to all the Foot traffic going to the Beach. Smoking areas are too close to the Breakfast area. Infact it was right next to our table at breakfast. Didnt like that. Other smoking area was close to our room. So could smell the smoke from all the smokers. As I expected similar experience to Bohol from the same resort group. It was not. Sadly I wont be choosing Hennan Boracay again. Wasnt value for money.

Check in process was horrible. So slow and computers are so bad. You need to upgrade to a real computer system like USA and make money and make it convenient and nice. You need to hire USA people to show you how to run a hotel and systems. It is 2020 and let’s get up to the times if you want to compete in this virtual computer world. Spend money to make money.
I liked the reception and the room service staff
I did not like the fact that one of the managers treated me very badly ، The suite had a balcony and no smoking was allowed, although the smoking area was between the rooms!
