10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very attentive to our needs, and met personal requests to make the stay special for our aniversary.
Cons: The parking situation left a lot to be desired. The second day of the stay there was a wedding scheduled. Even though I prepaid for parking I had to drive around the garage for about ten minutes before finding a parking stall that was open.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful suite and very friendly staff.
Cons: Bedding for sofa was not great.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Not much to be honest. The gal who handled our complaint was courteous. The bathtub is amazing!
Cons: A whole lot. this location is downtown which means parking is valet only. On our first night, the front desk person gave us a room key to someone else’s room and walking in on them was not cool. There is no breakfast included. $15 for breakfast made to order. On our second night, our room keys were disabled which was very annoying since we had a lot to carry in from our day spent in Seattle. The guy who we reported this to, waited to give away this task to the nice girl who did eventually help us.his posture gave it away as that we were an inconvenience. Very disappointing considering they didn’t do their job right from the beginning to cause the hiccup. The toilet has problems flushing. Maybe problems is not the right word. It doesn’t fully flush unless you hold down the lever until it tornadoes all the way down.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel with very comfortable beds and tasteful decorations.
Cons: Valet parking only. The French Press instead of a standard coffee machine (like a Keurig) was silly - seemed like they were trying too hard to be fancy. We didn't have time in the morning to figure out how to use it.
6.8 Good
Pros: There was an employee named Matt who parked our car, brought our luggage to the room and was the best person here. He did it all for us... great employee.
Cons: Check in at 3:30PM. We arrived at 4:00pm and our room wasnt ready. They checked us in and said they upgraded us to a suite. She said it had two beds like i had reserved. It did not have two beds just one. Very Disappointed. There were 5 other guests who checked in while we did and not one of them had to wait for their room... disappointed to say the least.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The gym was amazing and open 24hrs. The staff at check in was friendly. I had one good meal at Hearth (salad with steak - all incredible). The room was clean and nice. The location was great - we were able to walk everywhere and didn't need to use our car. The French pressed coffee in the room was delicious. We were able to check in earlier than expected. I like that the check out time is noon. I also liked the glass bottles of water in our room. We had a nice balcony and view from our room as well.
Cons: 1) no one on staff told us we had to use our room key to use the elevators. We thought they were broken until we figured it out on our own. 2) no one on staff told us that in order to get your room serviced, there was a special button to push inside your room. 3) we had to wait half an hour to get our car from valet at checkout because they had misplaced our car keys 4) my friend had and I had a meal at the hotel's restaurant called Hearth. My friends' meal and drink were terrible. The BLT sandwich bread was too soft, the bacon was also too soft, cut too thick, and was way too smokey. The drink from the bar was absolutely terrible (don't remember the name but was served in a bird shaped mug). The waitress apologized for the meal and drink tasting so bad, but did not take them off the bill, or consult with a manager. 5) I wish someone would have told me about the gym upon arrival and where it was located.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was super clean and the location is amazing!
Cons: I wish there had been a hot tub!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We stay at the Heathman every time we visit Kirkland. The service is second-to-none. The rooms are nicely appointed, spacious, and comfortable.
Cons: The only issue was loud, rude, inconsiderate neighbors in the room next to ours.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quality of decor
Cons: Valet parking is only option makes amount of time from leaving room to driving away from hotel uncertain.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Centralized to the town. One of those costal cities where everything is crowded around a 5 block area. Lots of shops if that’s your thing.
Cons: Hotel Restaurant was overpriced. Food was ok not great. Not the easiest to park at, the public parking was down the street and staff just assumed you would valet park.
6.8 Good
Pros: The rooms were decent, locations awesome
Cons: The shuttle was broke down, there is no decent common area to lounge, the restaurant service was very slow for not reason, parking is weird
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful decor and calm and classy vibe.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location is excellent and the valley service was good. The beds are good and clean
Cons: The price is a little high

Pros: The beds were very comfortable
Cons: They weren’t very clear on the continental breakfast. There was your typical make your own waffles, cereal ect, but after serving ourselves we found there is an $8 charge per plate. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners are amazing, and are very accommodating.
Cons: Other guests could be more courteous
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location is great
Cons: since most of the rooms share bathrooms, bath towel racks in each room would be a great added feature
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sparkling clean, in a great location. Very quiet most of the time.
Cons: Other guests slammed their doors, waking me up. No air conditioner, it was just a little bit too warm even with the fan. Still a great value, only minor inconveniences. Will definitely return again
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, spacious.
Cons: Not much by way of condiments. Appreciated the coffee, no slat and pepper was a bummer. We should have brought it I know but it's just such things the BNB usually remembers. Fans were noisier than the car nose so we slept with our windows open.
6.8 Good
Pros: It was quite clean. Coffee great
Cons: We did not get any clean towels or bed made up my mother had some issues and we needed towels and this was a discomfort . We sat our towels out and never got them exchanged. Language barrier I think~
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff who takes the time to properly clean the place. I really like the no-contact check in with key lockers.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness.
Cons: 1 or 2 bottles of water per night for the guest would be nice.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The owners are great people and do there best about accommodating there guests.
Cons: Other guest are sloppy in the shared bathrooms
7.0 Good
Pros: Quiet neighborhood. House is new and clean.
Cons: No nearby restaurants. Not really a place for walking. Some I-5 freeway noise - more like "white noise". Took a few tries to get the door lock to work - takes a few seconds to unlock. Lockbox for door key was a bit tricky to open.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy instructions to find the place and get in. Every room had its own key box lock.
Cons: I wish they would’ve been more clear about how many rooms were there all together (8 rooms). And how many bathrooms the 8 rooms had to share (3). So we booked 3 rooms and the people from abroad felt quite uncomfortable because there were a lot of people they didn’t know at all living in the same house sharing a bathroom like that. It’s quite far from groceries, mini mart or where the customers can buy water or food. Especially if they are traveling into from abroad without a car. And when you come from abroad you have a lot of luggage so the room became super small for all the luggage they had. I wish they’d be more clear about all the rooms shared and bathrooms. Nice and clean but definitely will not be back.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Good kitchen facilities, including fridge space guests can use. Fast, secure WiFi. Choice of rooms with or without private bathroom.Quiet, shaded neighborhood location. Good instructions on self-check-in and key/access to building and room.
Cons: No aircon during a heat wave. No seating area (in common area or room) except large dining table and desk in room. Bedroom had ceiling light but no standing or table lamps. Staff, when present for morning cleaning, spoke limited English, though telephone help was fine.

Pros: Font desk staff were friendly.

7.5 Good
Pros: The staff was very nice, helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious, room comfortable although a bit outdated. The hair dryer was not working, but the staff immediately brought me a portable in its place. I would definitely stay there again.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The desk workers did a fine job with great attitudes. Breakfast area was well-maintained. Room was very clean with plenty of towels, etc.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. The glasses in the room were plastic and cups styrofoam.
Cons: Had to wait for rigamarole at check in and was offered nothing for the inconvenience. The tv did not work well and I felt sullied by an insistence of a $150.00 deposit presumably to cover possible damages??? Never before in my life has that occurred at any hotel motel. The comfort inn would be comfortable if the room charge was not with taxes near $180.00 but rather at the Motel Six rate of $59.99 since they are equal in every other sense. I will never stay at a Misnomer, or, Comfort Inn again.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything else
Cons: Shower water temperature fluctuated wildly. From warm to cold to almost scalding. Would be nice to have hot breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, great staff and safe place!
Cons: Breakfast was busy, but the hotel was full. I was surprised at the noise level in breakfast room
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was nice to return to such a quiet location after exploring Seattle for the day.
Cons: I was there for several days, and the hot tub was not open for any of that time (one of the reasons I opted to stay here).
5.8 Okay
Cons: There was space between door and door jamb. Person smoking on balcony. Beds need to be replaced. Breakfast - hard boiled eggs, cold gravy.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location. Good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Comfortable beds
Cons: The hot tub didn't work. The bath was not clean enough (had remains of soap from previous guests).
7.0 Good
Pros: Hotel room was clean and functional.
Cons: Highway noise was very obvious in the first room we were offered. We requested a change to a room on the opposite side of the building, and the highway noise was much reduced.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel's handyman must be a wizard of handyman arts for how well this older hotel looks and runs. For 160$ out the door it's the best room at that price point in all of Seattle. Staff is amazing
Cons: Bathroom had a few dust bunnies in gap were door covered it when open but not bad at all.Not the best but not the worst breakfast
5.0 Okay
Pros: Was convenient for our friends that are locals
Cons: Hotel is old but clean. Definitely needs to be updated.
7.0 Good
Pros: located very near Evergreen Hospital
Cons: pretty thin walls, and noise carried through them. fortunately we had quiet neighbors.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was fine, check-in was easy.
Cons: Everything with the room was fine, except for the bathroom. Some "smart guy" decided to put a motion detector in the bathroom to control the lights, only when you're in the shower, it doesn't catch you moving, so the lights turn off. The water temperature in the shower wouldn't stay constant. Either it was slightly warm, or scalding hot. So, I decided I would take a bath instead, that's when I noticed long red hairs in the tub (I'm a guy with short hair). Normally, if that weren't a problem, I wouldn't have really had an issue with the breakfast. The breakfast was biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were super hard, and the gravy could barely pass for warm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The professionalism of the staff
Cons: Breakfast at 630. Wish it was earlier
5.8 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Too close to noisy freeway. 1 elevator. Sidewalks taped off. Staff seemed indifferent to customer needs.price too much. For condition

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Was ok but not great
Cons: Something gross in the tub, didn't seem very clean, over charged me and still waiting for a refund of the difference.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible Wi-Fi speed (faster than 100 Mps). Room was spacious and really quiet - even when there was construction going on at the building next door! Staff was so friendly and helpful.
Cons: The whirlpool tub wasn't working right and was too hot to use. Wish coffee/hot water was available in the lobby all day.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Location of our room.
Cons: No breakfast when we went to get some, the front desk staff seemed a bit rude when we checked in, mold in the bathroom.
4.3 Okay
Pros: N/A on breakfast..Location was ok for our purposes. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Construction zone.. our was was not real clean and remodel did not appear to be completed. Missing paint and sloppy finish job on tile.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was clean and the front desk lady was super attentive.
Cons: It was kind of chaotic, definitely just got done remodeling. Overall, it was not a big deal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. The staff were helpful, cheerful and ready to take responsibility if they might have caused any slight.
Cons: This is truly nit-picking: Breakfast, although very good could stand some more variation. But then make it a point to sample everything so the same (aside from sausage patties one day, links another, shriveled links yet another) can get monotonous for a long stay.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast. Clean. Good location If you are car renting.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Newly remodeled. Very nice and spacious. The beds were very comfortable.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: lobby was nice. rooms were clean with some new furniture
Cons: No in room WiFi. advertised that all rooms have WiFi and they do not
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was all right. Location was close to the friends we were visiting, but a bit difficult to find.
Cons: The hotel is in the process of rebranding and was in quite a mess with all the re-modeling going on. Our room/floor had obviously very recently been repainted and the odor was overpowering. The keys to our rooms did not work and it took us several trips back to the front desk to have this rectified. A couple of the times we went to the front desk, there was no one there, even after waiting for quite some time. Upon our arrival, there was an extremely long line of people waiting to be checked in and the check in process took a long time. Rooms were cramped, did not have all the amenities listed for the hotel in the rooms, ice makers on the floors were not working. New design of rooms is poor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean, well laid out and convenient.
Cons: Nothing.
7.0 Good
Pros: Bed was good. Eggs also.
Cons: Disarray out in front + inside hotel, outside my window. Worn, torn carpet in my room. Dinged, old Furniture in my room, lobby. Over-the-top, chatty extra guy at check-in only made wisdom of my choosing this facility more questionable. More questionable

Pros: The staff are kind and friendly. The cleaner lent my husband a heater for the bed when I told them that he had backache.
Cons: The mattress was too soft. Thre bathroom was too small. The study chair was too old. The linen had stain on it. The breakfast place which is actually the lobby, is too small.

Cons: Older property could do with some upgrades, also room linens were very old
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very quiet. I slept good

Pros: Location I guess
Cons: Unprofessional check-in staff. Room smelled of mold. Stains on carpet and walls and inside fridge. Cigarette burns on bedding.
7.5 Good
Cons: AC did not work on first night but they managed to get it fixed on next day. Thanks
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic. Very healthy, and it kept us full for the entire day.
Cons: Nothing.
6.3 Good
Pros: The beds were really comfortable and the wafel maker makes good wafels. Staff is also very friendly
Cons: The breakfast was not that great... Super simple. You had to use plastic plates, cups, bowls and cutlery... NOT SUSTAINABLE and annoying to use. The rooms are a bit old and really warm, you can open the window or turn on the airco but both cause a lot of noise.
7.7 Good
Pros: I had pretty low expectations of staying on Aurora but actually this hotel was a lot better than I anticipated. It was older but very clean. It was also a lot quieter than I would have guessed. I would stay here again.
Cons: The place where you pull into the parking lot is very narrow, I could see the parking lot being difficult if you were pulling a trailer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. It’s an excellent central location to access Seattle or the ferry system. We would definitely stay there again.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Price.
Cons: The bed was queen, not king. There were some stains on the wall from a spilled drink that I ended up cleaning myself.

Pros: The hot tub needs to be fixed but otherwise clean and pleasant
Cons: The hot tub is very broken

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was at a perfect location! The breakfast was great! Very convenient.
Cons: No.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good. The location was good.
Cons: The room, the beds, the outlets in the room were HORRIBLE. THE SHOWER WENT FROM COLD TO WARM TO SCALDING HOT. NOT GOOD.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Elevator not working. Sink stopper was broken, so sink would not drain. She said she could move us to third floor or lower level but both required stairs & I am not able to do stairs. Was told by Night Clerk that we could get a muffin or bagel from desk clerk in morning as we were leaving at 5:30am but she knew nothing about it when we asked in the morning.

6.8 Good
Pros: Breakfast choices were many and pretty good. Close to Evergreen Health which was the reason for our trip.
Cons: The facility could use some maintenance but it was fine for the price.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Ceiling creaked with every single movement in the entire building
6.3 Good
Pros: The next morning breakfast buffet was excellent.
Cons: The location of the property was a bit dangerous to access; small entrance off a fast moving heavy traffic highway. The too small entrance is easy to miss. Room walls and ceilings are thin.

6.8 Good
Pros: Good sized room with a separate sitting arrangement , which would have benefited with a tv in that area. Good Chinese food in restaurant.
Cons: Nothing on the whole , but the bathroom is a bit dated. Poor breakfast. Extremely noisy with construction site just yards away.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant personnel clean rooms but need updating
Cons: Draperies were torn. Only one cup of coffee per person
7.4 Good
Pros: Very quiet location. When we arrived it seemed very empty. The woman at the front desk was very kind. The room that we were given was a suite and it was very spacious. The beds had a memory foam topper and a down comforter. We ate at the Chinese restaurant that was in the hotel and it was great!!
Cons: The room smelled very musty and we could hear the walls are very thin. We could hear the people in the room next to us use the bathroom and could hear every word of their conversations.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice and clean. The wifi worked well, with no interruptions. Location is fine, next to a bunch of stores like Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. The bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was very simple, with coffee, yogurt, cereal and maybe some other light things. The front desk staff were all efficient and friendly.
Cons: I wish the breakfast was more extensive. For the price of the room I think they could serve some sausage and eggs. There was a lot of noisy construction around the hotel (tons of condo units going up in Totem Lake, like all of the rest of the super-gross-and-way-too-congested Seattle area). That construction isn't the hotel's fault, obviously, but it should still be mentioned that it's going on at the moment.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was a decent location for us. The room was a good size. Lots of parking.
Cons: There was some major construction in the area that started early. The air conditioning is noisy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great for on the go. Quiet location
Cons: N/A
5.8 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable, although the sheets were not top quality. The WiFi was strong and consistent.
Cons: The lobby had a couch that looked so uncomfortable (see photo) that I never saw anyone on it, and other than that, there was not a single place to sit or relax in the facility, other than our bed. The weather was lovely, but no benches outside, not even in front of the hotel where you might be waiting for a ride. There was a large yard in back but again no where to sit and enjoy it. Also our room was not cleaned during the stay. We were in the room in the late afternoon,so turned down one attempt, but it never got done. The ac unit was very loud. When we opened the window, the sound and smell of the cafe’s kitchen workers taking a cigarette break drifted into our room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful receptionist who went out of his way to ensure that I could receive a phone call from Australia. Room was marvellous with a sitting room attached and all expected facilities. WiFi was great.
Cons: Breakfast a bit ordinary.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is up a quiet street, and although there is construction going on across the street, if you stay on the backside of the hotel, it's very quiet. There's a Chinese restaurant in the hotel and a Whole Foods nearby. Behind the hotel is a path in the Totem Lake wetlands.
Cons: I would have preferred more fresh fruit for breakfast, but since there is a Whole Foods nearby and a refrigerator in the room, this wasn't a big problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious, comfortable and convenient; nice staff and good gym facilities.
Cons: Self laundry service
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This is located within walking distance of the hospital where my daughter had surgery.it was a block away from the Whole Foods Store and two from a nice coffee shop and other services. The adjacent shopping center is being redeveloped, so there is construction but it also means there will be plenty of nearby shops within walking distance. It was clean and nice.
Cons: It's a dated facility but well kept up. Because of its prime location it's probably headed for the wrecking ball soon. However it was what I expected based on reviews and I would stay there again under the same circumstances.
7.3 Good
Pros: Large room. Comfortable bed. Convenient location for our needs. Staff friendly and welcoming. Adjacent and accessible to open space trail. Close to restaurants and shopping facilities.
Cons: facility under renovation. Heating & cooling system barely functional. Room worn. Staff not very professional. Adjacent club/bar noisy until late hours.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and very accomodating
Cons: Nothing it was acceptable
4.5 Okay
Pros: The location was relevant to my trip. There are several restaurants, a large grocery store, and a pharmacy within walking distance.
Cons: The facility was under renovation and had obviously overbooked. It was immediately apparent that them room had been quickly turned. The refrigerators bottom shelf and drawer were sitting on the the floor of the room and filthy. The refrigerator wasn't turned on. There were pieces of painter's tape stuck on door jambs. The air conditioner was worthless. The TV had more issues than I have space to cover. I wouldn't call coffee and granola bars anything close to "breakfast". In short, definitely not worth the $155.00 a night I spent.
5.0 Okay
Pros: That I was given another room right away.
Cons: I didn't like being handed a plunger when the toilet wouldn't flush. And the plunger didn't fix it.
5.8 Okay
Cons: No maid service to freshen room daily...without extra fee ? Never heard of such a thing! Breakfast was a joke.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location was good
Cons: The hotel smelled horrible as soon as you walked in. Like wet dog. Then when you get into the room it smelled like cigarettes so bad I left feeling like I was in a bar all night and had to rush home to shower the next day. Will never stay there again.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the staff the best. I needed to get into downtown Seattle and the person st the front desk found an employee who rides the bus who could help me navigate my way. A+
Cons: The breakfast was a bit disappointing. I was hoping from something with protein and didn't find anything. Also I would have liked a fitness center.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Easy access to freeway and restaurants.
Cons: The hotel is dirty and has a terrible smell throughout the whole building. The smell in our room was so bad, I purchased air freshener. The pans & dishes the hotel provides arrived dirty. The wifi also cuts in and out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff room everything. Had yo leave unexpectedly due to mom in hospital staff was very helpful with getting us out.
Cons: Nothing it was all great
4.5 Okay
Pros: No bugs in the room.
Cons: There are no amenities in the room what so ever. You have to ask for everything from the front desk. Even a coffee pot and a hairdryer. The front desk called us at 10 am to make sure we were checking out at 11? Who does that??
7.0 Good
Cons: The shower curtain was moldy. Towels thin. Floor between sleeping area and kitchenette pealing up. Place seemed a little worn.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Was given a smoking room since it was the only one left even though I had a reservation.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff, each person I interacted with was helpful, & friendly. The laundry facilities were clean and very tidy.
Cons: Daily room cleaning charge of $10, thought that was unreasonable. Additionally, we found it odd and not helpful we had to request kitchen needs (toaster, plates, glasses, flatware & kitchen towels! Should be noted on booking.com

Pros: Packaged Muffins, Granola bars or instant Oatmeal do not constitute a meal in my world The Coffee was okay
Cons: Breakfast! Kitchenette was not supplied with utensils When we asked at the front desk we were told it was due to sanitation. The desk clerk then proceeded around the corner and loaded up a little bin with plates, silverware, bowls etc. She used her bare hands to load our "Sanitary" items into a bin that was full of crumbs and crusty stuff from prior use This is just wrong.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, staff is friendly, nice location
Cons: Breakfast should be put out earlier, as lots of working people staying here.
7.0 Good
Pros: Front desk was accommodating and helpful. Bed was not too firm.
Cons: Not cleaned well and updates desperately needed. Not in the best shape for the price we paid.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location, breakfast
Cons: Was in a smoking room and it smelled bad
6.0 Good
Pros: The ladies that work here are very kind. The rooms are fairly big and there's plenty of restaraunts/stores nearby if you need anything. And for being next to busy roads it's pretty quiet.
Cons: In 2 weeks the maids only came to my room once. Cleaning is on you, but extra towels are at the front desk. The halls are heavy with cigarette smoke, fire alarms went off 3x in 1 week & had to go outside @ 8am! TV had lines going through it...
4.0 Okay
Pros: Convenience and location
Cons: The knobs on phone and other items were gone. The message light was flashing when we got there and I could not even clear the message. Only gave one little bar of soap. Come on, give a couple at least. I could go on but not enough space here.

Cons: Was quite and the employees were very friendly
5.5 Okay
Cons: Owen was something. We checked in at night after our event. I was a little more intoxicated than I had meant to be. My fiancé tried to check us in while I sat outside. Owen wouldn’t let him do anything in regards to the payment. I even gave permission, but still no. Owen made ME (someone who wasn’t even able to stand) grab my card insert it into the chip reader, sign, and pull out my own ID. Those are such little things that my fiancé could have showed my ID put my card in the chip reader, while I just signed. Instead I have my fiancé frustrated already at this point. Owen starts yelling at us that “he’s going to call the cops” because we insisted my fiancé sign for this transaction on my behalf because I was not coherent. So my fiancé starts getting frustrated with me, meanwhile Owen is still yelling and reaching for the phone that he’s going to call the cops. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would not stay at this location again for the fact that he THREATENED US for no reason. Also no breakfast or pastries.

Pros: Nothing!!! It was in a sketchy part of Town!! I was afraid to let my 13 and 14 year olds play in pool without me there hovering over them
Cons: The room was tiny and smelled bad No microwave no coffee pot nothing that u would expect a motel six to have. This is the worst motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at.

6.0 Good
Pros: The location was great - not far from the interstate, on a major street. Seemed to be a safe neighborhood. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. There was some covered parking in the back under the addition. I wasn't expecting much, so was satisfied!
Cons: Seemed a bit run-down. There were a lot of wall patches and repairs that hadn't been painted to match the existing wall color. Furniture was a bit worn. Curtains had holes. Bathroom fixtures worn (but clean). For what I paid, I was expecting this!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The spa bath was great!
Cons: No coffee maker in room.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The guy at the counter was upbeat and funny.
Cons: Keycard repeatedly stopped working. Smelled like urine. Terrible bed and tiny pillows covered in someone's hair. Sticky floor. Dirty bathroom.

7.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: I thought I have paid for the rooms in advance. They said no. I need to check into the old emails. The beds were not changed. Other than that, it was good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Confined location
Cons: N/A
4.5 Okay
Pros: The price is just about the only thing acceptable
Cons: Toilet was broken, beds were really, really hard. Phone cord broken and door code to elevator only worked occasionally. There was work being done on gutters so we were instructed to park in garage. First night there were sketchy people hanging out and police had to be called. The next morning the workers had moved to the back of the building and starting cleaning clutters throwing clumps of moss and blowing debris all over the vehicles parked in garage. The experience was quite a disappointment.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The price. The check in staff.
Cons: Hallways need freshening us with paint perhaps. Had odor. Bathroom shower needed some patching work. Housekeepers need to shut the door when vacuuming. Lint and dirt built up. Hot water, but not even a tea bag or coffee for the pot. Sheets on one bed had a stain. True stain? Or unlaundered sheet? Couldn’t tell.
