Cons (-) Staff promised but did not deliver on request for a coffee maker, which is not included in these very bare bones rooms (nor microwave). Houseless people are living in cars in parking lot, it's a large lot and they should be asked to park further away from the premises. Additional 35$ damage deposit on card rankles.
