Pros: Secluded with beautiful landscaping and incredible breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything...the property was large and inviting. Peaceful and comfortable...
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Meritage is one of the best B&B's we have ever stayed. The owners, Bob and Karen, are fabulous hosts and think of literally EVERYTHING! From the bottomless jar of homemade cookies to the guest refrigerator stocked with complimentary Ben & Jerry ice cream - to the breakfast scones that melt in your mouth to accompany the hearty breakfast of fresh fruit, main course (fritatta and gourmet french toast when we stayed there!) to the nightly wine tastings of our hosts' own winery- Cinq. We look forward to staying with them again in the future!
Cons: Everything was perfect! There isn't one thing I can think of that we didn't like!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every hotel and inn should be like this, clean, friendly, with excellent personal service. Bob and Karen have a beautiful inn in a gorgeous setting. I had the best breakfast there. Bob even gave me extra apricot scones to take back home for my husband. He baked them himself. Karen's cookies were also out of this world. I didn't get a chance to try their wine but next time I am in Seattle, will definitely stop by and try some.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful surroundings, fabulous breakfast (and snacks!). Very comfortable room. Workout room. ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING.

Pros: The inn really was incredible! The innkeepers have provided for and thought of every little thing one would want for comfort, including yummy homemade cookies, drinks, and snacks. The inn is beautiful, and the setting so lovely! Thank you, Meritage Meadows!
Cons: I can't think of anything!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Private and quiet lush, green setting. Lots of seating to read and relax both inside and outside. Lovely breakfast in dining room or packed to go. Able to accommodate food sensitivities. Lots of snacks, tea/coffee, freezer, and microwave always available in common areas. Wine tasting and incredible information shared on history and creation of each wine in the evening by the owner. Fridge and deep soaking jetted tub in each room.
Cons: Not having a TV in each room. There is a large media room in the basement, but it’s not as convenient as having it in your room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional stay. Really friendly and personal atmospher.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a exceptional stay. The inner keepers care and attention to detail was outstanding. The environment surrounding The Inn was so relaxing. It was tough to leave for felt like leaving family behind. Love it! Would highly recommend staying here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The inn is surrounded by lush greenery, my first reaction upon arrival was that I don’t need to leave, but could just stay for a whole week, or even months. The facilities are excellent - jacuzzi with scented bath salt, reliable Wifi, tea, cookies, office printer for urgent matter, etc, more importantly, Bob and Karen are excellent hosts, and very attentive. Every evening, Bob hosts a wine tasting of his own wines, which makes the stay much more enjoyable than regular hotel. Breakfast changes daily and is carefully prepared by hosts.

Pros: Loved sitting on the patio and enjoying peace and quiet looking at the beautiful garden and trees. Our room was large and the bathroom was up to date and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and therefore, slept very well. The gas fireplace at was very nice to have. The sitting room across the hall had a stationary bike, couches and refreshments. Marianne cooked a delicious breakfast and we enjoyed our conversations with her and her husband Bill. We started our trip in Seattle for a few nights and then drove to Yakima for a reunion. The Cascade was the best place over the other two and was the perfect ending to our trip. We love Bellevue and the Cascade
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved EVERYTHING! Mariann & Bill we’re terrific hosts! The room was large and very comfortable with a great bathroom! Mariann has magnificent gardens worth exploring. She also has fresh eggs and produce. She is an excellent cook and her breakfasts were simply wonderful! We hope to return again soon!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is so delicious that I want to have it everyday!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The home and setting are beautiful and unique. This is probably the best of all bnb’s we have ever been in. Breakfast each day was terrific! The host, Mary Ann, is absolutely wonderful and has great stories. We were in a great space of a bedroom, bathroom and use of a tv/reading room. I cannot recommend this enough! From the minute we arrived ( very late I might add due to 5 hour airline delay) to our departure the Cascade View was perfect! Thanks Mary Ann. Wish we had met Bill to hear his ship pilot stories.
Cons: All perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the ability to sit outside on our private patio and take in the view of the fabulous gardens. Although we were in the city it felt like we were in the country. No city noise. Marianne and Bill made us feel we were friends not paying guests of their B&B. And were very helpful in making recommendations as to what sights and restaurants we should take in. This was the first time we stayed in a B&B and would definitely try on again based on our fabulous experience.
Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was home-cooked with a great mix of savory and sweet items. The coffee was excellent, as was all the food. The grounds were beautiful, with flower, vegetable and rose gardens just outside our room. We had a small but nice patio that allowed us to enjoy the views.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our hosts Marianne and Bill made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. From a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood to a delicious breakfast with great conversation- they made us feel completely at home!
Cons: Saying goodbye to such nice folks!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The primary innkeeper, Marianne, is charming, helpful, friendly, and loaded with useful stories and anecdotes. Even Marianne and Bill's miniature poodle makes you feel welcome.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, free parking and a nice bistro. It's close to the parks where all kinds of festivals and farmers markets were going on during the time we were there. Everything is within walking distance.
Cons: We had a king suite and it is in the same area as their banquet rooms that people can rent for parties and such. We only had one instance where we could hear quite a bit of noise. It ended early and wasn't bothersome. Just something to note.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hot breakfast is generous and delicious. The location is just right for us as we have family in the area.

Pros: Everything .
Cons: No almond milk
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was a hit with the family and the pool was great.
Cons: We were traveling with a family of 5, so it would have been nice to have been given a room with a fold-out sofa. I included the family members and ages when I booked, so we were cramped and lacking a bed!

Pros: Very clean, wellcoming staff, and good sleeping environment.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful suite and very friendly staff.
Cons: Bedding for sofa was not great.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Not much to be honest. The gal who handled our complaint was courteous. The bathtub is amazing!
Cons: A whole lot. this location is downtown which means parking is valet only. On our first night, the front desk person gave us a room key to someone else’s room and walking in on them was not cool. There is no breakfast included. $15 for breakfast made to order. On our second night, our room keys were disabled which was very annoying since we had a lot to carry in from our day spent in Seattle. The guy who we reported this to, waited to give away this task to the nice girl who did eventually help us.his posture gave it away as that we were an inconvenience. Very disappointing considering they didn’t do their job right from the beginning to cause the hiccup. The toilet has problems flushing. Maybe problems is not the right word. It doesn’t fully flush unless you hold down the lever until it tornadoes all the way down.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel with very comfortable beds and tasteful decorations.
Cons: Valet parking only. The French Press instead of a standard coffee machine (like a Keurig) was silly - seemed like they were trying too hard to be fancy. We didn't have time in the morning to figure out how to use it.
6.8 Good
Pros: There was an employee named Matt who parked our car, brought our luggage to the room and was the best person here. He did it all for us... great employee.
Cons: Check in at 3:30PM. We arrived at 4:00pm and our room wasnt ready. They checked us in and said they upgraded us to a suite. She said it had two beds like i had reserved. It did not have two beds just one. Very Disappointed. There were 5 other guests who checked in while we did and not one of them had to wait for their room... disappointed to say the least.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The gym was amazing and open 24hrs. The staff at check in was friendly. I had one good meal at Hearth (salad with steak - all incredible). The room was clean and nice. The location was great - we were able to walk everywhere and didn't need to use our car. The French pressed coffee in the room was delicious. We were able to check in earlier than expected. I like that the check out time is noon. I also liked the glass bottles of water in our room. We had a nice balcony and view from our room as well.
Cons: 1) no one on staff told us we had to use our room key to use the elevators. We thought they were broken until we figured it out on our own. 2) no one on staff told us that in order to get your room serviced, there was a special button to push inside your room. 3) we had to wait half an hour to get our car from valet at checkout because they had misplaced our car keys 4) my friend had and I had a meal at the hotel's restaurant called Hearth. My friends' meal and drink were terrible. The BLT sandwich bread was too soft, the bacon was also too soft, cut too thick, and was way too smokey. The drink from the bar was absolutely terrible (don't remember the name but was served in a bird shaped mug). The waitress apologized for the meal and drink tasting so bad, but did not take them off the bill, or consult with a manager. 5) I wish someone would have told me about the gym upon arrival and where it was located.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was super clean and the location is amazing!
Cons: I wish there had been a hot tub!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We stay at the Heathman every time we visit Kirkland. The service is second-to-none. The rooms are nicely appointed, spacious, and comfortable.
Cons: The only issue was loud, rude, inconsiderate neighbors in the room next to ours.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quality of decor
Cons: Valet parking is only option makes amount of time from leaving room to driving away from hotel uncertain.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Centralized to the town. One of those costal cities where everything is crowded around a 5 block area. Lots of shops if that’s your thing.
Cons: Hotel Restaurant was overpriced. Food was ok not great. Not the easiest to park at, the public parking was down the street and staff just assumed you would valet park.
6.8 Good
Pros: The rooms were decent, locations awesome
Cons: The shuttle was broke down, there is no decent common area to lounge, the restaurant service was very slow for not reason, parking is weird
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful decor and calm and classy vibe.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location is excellent and the valley service was good. The beds are good and clean
Cons: The price is a little high

Cons: Room was hot!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Trendy Hotel, central Bellevue location, great music ambiance.
Cons: Louzy room service, they forgot to do the room one day and we had to ask twice the second day. Do not get that they make us pay for Internet given the hotel standing. Had a better experience at the Hyatt or Westin next door in the past.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I LOVE the theme of this hotel. Modern, sophisticated but not over the top. We spend my husbands birthday here and the hotel staff was kind enough to give us a complimentary champagne bottle to help celebrate
Cons: we ordered breakfast in bed... didn’t know what to expect. The prices were a little on the high side for what it was, my latte came cold cold not even luke warm but the croissants were TO DIE FOR !!!! So delicious!!! Again the staff was kind enough to remove the breakfast charges because of the latte. They really bend over backwards for their guests which is always much appreciated!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent quality rooms and location is excellent.
Cons: Finding the correct parking garage to self park is tricky at first. Valet parking is $38.

Pros: Stylish hotel and beautiful rooms! Very nice staff and great location.
Cons: Didn’t love the glass shower in the middle of the room. fine for couples and solo travelers but would be awkward if you were with a friend.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location, coffee in am, nightlife
Cons: Everything had a price tag on it, from water to the snacks .it felt like sleeping in a grocery store. Also, all the pictures of the hotel I your website has pretty bathtubs. I booked the rio i specially requesting a bathtub room. I bought special bath products and wrote them a message verifying that there would be a bath tub. I was assured that it would be there . I looked forward to it ALL WEEK(I am a teacher and really needed the downtime.) When i checked in, they told me that it would be 1500 to upgrade to a room with a bathtub. I was so disappointed I actually cried a little... the desk girl felt so bad for me that she upgraded me to a room with a view—- of the mall. Lol. I was grateful, but felt like after that everything was an upsell. It was supposed to be luxury, but it was just expensive. Everything cost an arm and a leg and was just- meh.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing rooms and great service! They even upgraded us and brought us chocolate covered strawberries because it was our anniversary. My new favorite hotel.

7.5 Good
Pros: The rooms were nice. The dinner options are great nearby.
Cons: We stayed for our anniversary we were surprised there was no spa in the hotel. As well as the cleaning crew wanted us out quickly and it was only 930am. The tub was very small.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location. Staff was friendly. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, it was nice to come back to our room and find a nice snack basket in our room for him. That was totally unexpected and very appreciated. Pool area on the 2nd floor was a maze to get to, don’t know how older guests or handicap guests could get there. Overall a good experience, nice bed and bedding. Thank you!
Cons: Better pool access, didn’t like that you have to parade through the conference area to get there. Also it was awkward to get to, turn here go through this door, and then another door etc...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was clean and elegant! Perfect for pre wedding photos!! Beautiful room!
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location with helpful, efficient staff
Cons: The room facilities were pretty tired, especially given the high room rates
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We ended up staying here because everything we found in Seattle was super expensive, and since we had a car, it was a nice, quick drive into town. What we didn't realize was how fancy and beautiful this place would be! Really enjoyed our stay! Lots of amenities very close by, nice staff, and the room was beautiful and super comfy.
Cons: This is a total first-world problem: we super wished the hotel had a hot tub, and not just a lap pool. Aside from that, the bed was a little too soft for us, but everything else was really great, and I would definitely stay here again.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful property. Well kept with friendly staff. I’ll be back but with my partner only.
Cons: Overall value wasn’t there for me. $100.00 for pet fee + $28.00 parking made this stay cost a lot more.

Pros: Large and comfortable room for a couple. Using the app was great, skipped the lobby and went straight to the room. Coffee place in the lobby decent, not too overpriced. Best part is free garage parking, BUT only for Fri and Sat nights...otherwise is $30/night. The free wifi was adequate.

Pros: The price.
Cons: No free breakfast. Or atleast a microwave inside the room. But overall its a pretty good experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It met my needs exactly. Would definitely return
5.5 Okay
Cons: I didn't like that i was charged for breakfast but didn't get any. My husband and sons received one day of breakfast, but that was through the team (son's soccer team). I also didn't like that there was no microwave in the room.

Pros: Close to Microsoft - nice place - friendly staff.
Cons: All good!
7.0 Good
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: Price
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room and bed was very comfortable. Love the shower.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: pool
Cons: Can't use pool after 10:00 p.m. adults need to wind down and need an adult time from 10:00-12:00 or after hours. I have been to hotels that realize this and I had to swim the next mourning with 3 young children splashing me in the face. The reason I booked was also to swim but we got to the hotel later than expected at 10;00 p.m. and it was closed.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The mattress is so comfortable and I love the modern design of the rooms. The shower is spacious. It is a no smoking site and gently uses a bright air freshener which I enjoy. I stayed in a "savvy" room, which has a great layout and some extra room.
Cons: They charge for parking, which is ridiculous in Redmond. The linens are starting to have that "used clothing store" smell. They need to mix that up somehow. The staff are really great and the housekeepers do an amazing job. Rooms need a microwave.
7.7 Good
Pros: everything great except breakfast.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Bed was quite comfortable. The room was simply but well appointed. Easy access off of 520.
Cons: GPS took us through Microsoft campus which was a bit confusing. Much easier when we left during daylight hours.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet outdoor seating area

Pros: The shower was great, the room cozy
Cons: Neighbors were noisy but it was nye so I get it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every thing
Cons: I liked every thinks
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a lovely assortment from a cooked breakfast with optional dish cooked fresh in front of you (fried egg and hash) to Cereals, yogurts, with granola, choice of breads and coffee/lattes. Staff was very friendly and since travelling with a pet the amenities were great, as they offered a dog bed and bowls in the room. They were all very pet friendly and made you and your pet feel welcome. The cocktail happy hour girl was very pleasant too. The beds and showers were heavenly. Look forward to our next stay.
Cons: Would have loved a map of the area in the room, or magazine of the surrounding area. I know I have my phone, but sometimes I love paper. :)
7.5 Good
Pros: Cosy room with a really comfy bed
Cons: The indoor pool is really small, it looks twice as big on pictures. Breakfast should definitely get improved in such a hotel. Lack of fruit and vegetables, the coffee machine got sanitized each day during peak breakfast time, really?!? Heating of the room is enormously loud
6.8 Good
Pros: New
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Shower presser! Soap dispenser in shower came off couple times! Breakfast eggs were cold two days.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All of the staff were very friendly and provided lots of tips on restaurants in the area. The room was very modern, clean, and quiet with great black out curtains. The room also had the greatest rain shower with excellent water pressure. Plus, there was a little kitchenette in the room with real cups and glasses.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and casual
Cons: Bike loaners and coffee
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The reception staff were brilliant and happy faces everywhere. location is just great for business.
Cons: Only 2 complaints: 1. I stayed there for 5 nights, had the same breakfast everyday. Not nice and got tired of it after 2 days. 2. The house keeping did not clean the sink area and dirty glasses/cups despite me asking them to. They only did the normal bedding and carpets. All rubbish bins were not emptied or cutlery not changed.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: Hotel was oversold and only found out when I was already travelling to Seattle (same day as checkin)

7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were exceptional! they went above and beyond to make sure everything was going well and to be personable. The breakfast was also to die for! Best potatoes in town hands down...
Cons: The room was not as clean as I would have liked for it to be. I have stayed at other Hyatt properties that exceeded my expectations. This one was not the same as the others in Seattle so I was caught off guard. It wasn't terrible though.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bar was awesome
Cons: Parking
7.0 Good
Pros: Very clean
Cons: 30$ a night parking fee and no free breakfast
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location was fairly convenient, but there is tons of traffic to get to the city center.
Cons: No free breakfast. Excessive overnight parking charge.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: clean, comfortable and updated.
Cons: Expensive to stay in Bellevue and add in taxes fees and charges for parking (which I think is ridiculous) it becomes extremely expensive. We called ahead to ask about parking for our large van and were told there would be a spot for us, but the fee was never disclosed. We were extremely disappointed. Breakfast was an additional $20 pp charge so we didn't partake. Everything is extremely expensive in Bellevue - don't go there to save money. If you are travelling with someone else and you like your bathroom private, the design of the sliding glass door really eliminates any privacy you might desire. No sound barrier whatsoever - just a poor design. We've stayed before and it was also an annoyance during our last stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was so kind and accommodating, also upgraded our room when they found out we were celebrating an anniversary. Will be staying here again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, amenities, room layout
Cons: Ease of access for drivers was a challenge.
7.5 Good
Pros: Room and staff were both very nice
Cons: parking isn’t included, and is pricey.
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Good location, friendly staff.
Cons: $30 for a practically mandatory valet service because you CANT park your own car is ridiculous. Also ridiculous is the fact that breakfast, which is complimentary at most places, is $20 a person. If I wanted to spend that much on breakfast I'd go to a restaurant that knows breakfast. Insane prices
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is just one or two blocks away from Bellevue Square, located on a quieter street. The room was spacious and handicap friendly. The entire hotel has a look of cleanliness and style. The staff were professional and accomodating. We really appreciated their willingness to store our luggage, even after check out time, so we could shop for a few hours in town before departing for home. The valet staff were very kind and professional.
Cons: There is valet parking available (and the valet staff are great, by the way), but there was no other parking availalbe on site given the downtown urban setting. Parking cost 29 dollars per day, and it probably would have been easier to park in one of the secure public garages nearby, for less. Also, we booked a room with a garden view, but were given a street view instead. The room cost the same amount and it was so nice, we didn't mind the change, but be sure to check your booking details with the staff before going up to your room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful
Cons: Not a big fan of the sliding bathroom door, but neat design.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is good. I liked the lobby area, convenience of buying some food and drink. Wifi was good. Room size is sufficient. Bathroom is fine.
Cons: Should have more people at front desk. There were several times when the line of people waiting was on the long side. When I called, I had to hold for almost 20 minutes for a fairly easy question about extending my reservation. The water pressure is too low. Charging for water is ridiculous. $2/bottle??!?!? Boo on you.
6.8 Good
Pros: Decent location and fine price
Cons: Staff was not all empowered to make decisions. Had to struggle for a crib which we were told wouldn’t be an issue when we booked. Fairly annoying.

Pros: Perfect location for where we needed to be. Excellent breakfast that is included in the room price. Very large rooms.
Cons: The room was at a very busy place in the walkway where people were constantly walking by or sometimes it sounded like they stopped there to carry on long conversations. Very noisy at times.

Pros: Nothing really , I would have left if my money could be refunded.
Cons: Staff was unpleasant, Our rooms didn't meet cleanliness standards , Showers leaked , the carpet was tattered , stained ( it looked like pet urine) and falling apart. 8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean place. The beds were firm, which I like. This seems like a newer hotel and was very well maintained. There is a Trader Joe’s 1 block away which was great. Close enough to the city and other Seattle attractions.
Cons: The hostess at the front desk when we arrived didn’t know how to explain there was a standard $50 safety deposit for the room. I felt like he was becoming upset that I didn’t understand him and finally said I wasn’t arguing with him. It was an unpleasant check in.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is great and we would stay there again! It's not fancy but it's very pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast options were good, the coffee was great and the staff were awesome! It's not in the most exciting location or the very cheapest value but it's fair and convenient. It will be our go-to for future trips to the Seattle area.
Cons: There was a clump of hair missed on the bathroom floor and we could have used 2 more towels. Also the process of providing card at the beginning and again at the end for hold and payment could have been explained a little better. But overall this was a great hotel!
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was great. Easy access to shopping and entertainment and free parking sealed the deal. I hate to pay for a room and then have to pay to park my truck. The complimentary breakfast was a great start for the day. Thank you.
Cons: Toilet in room 218 ran constantly.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location, rooms were spacious, and free breakfast
Cons: When we checked in, our room didn’t have any towels or shampoo or soap. Our room was missed getting cleaned twice, and when it did get cleaned only towels were replaced. Other items were forgotten. Carpets were also not vacuumed. You got a free breakfast but you are eating with a lot of other guests who have zero etiquette or manners. It was indeed, a free for all. I didn’t like that kind of atmosphere.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room were clean, staff were friendly.
Cons: Not enough seating area for breakfast. We had to eat in our room. Also the pool area was too warm.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: No, everything was great,
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Great staff
10.0 Excellent
Cons: One of the sinks could have been in the washroom
5.8 Okay
Pros: Great location, nice front desk staff.
Cons: The insulation between the floors and walls was not the best. We could hear the blow dryer and people in the room next door when in the bathroom, and banging from the floor above. Probably heavy walkers, but we were awakened at 12:30 am one night from a loud bang from the floor above. Also, housekeeping did not come to either room we booked the first day, then showed up at 4:00 the second day while we were getting ready to leave for the evening.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast choices and check out time.
Cons: Our stay was wonderful.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I was disappointed that it says downtown Seattle, was thinking it was near the waterfront like near the space needle and the sort. I was disappointed that in order to get to the water front there was a toll cost. I thought it may be false advertising that it says downtown Seattle! But the facility was bbeautiful and the staff were excellent.
Cons: Closer to Space needle and actual downtown seattle and toll cost to get to waterfront.
