The hotel cleaning staff was great - the room's kitchen was missing forks, a frying pan, a sponge and a bunch of things, I left a note and they provided everything we needed. The room was spacious but only because it had very little furniture. The kitchen was too sparsely supplied to really 'cook' as we planned. The brkfsts bar area was good - had cheeses, and some snack-like things too.
Our room too lean on furniture - most of our stuff had to go on the floor and one of my jars of creams broke on the floor because there was NO countertop in the bathroom and no place to put a curling iron etc. (we accidentally booked an 'accessible" room and asked to be changed - they couldn't/didn't. Front desk was mostly un-manned to get help. The tv cable was too limited for a place geared for extended stays, The bed mattress was so-so - non pillow top.

The space of the room is great
Air condition was not working. Staff said they will move me to a different room , but I never heard anythink back from them. It was not a comfortable stay!

We arrived early and they made no attempt to accommodate us. The breakfast was sub standard.
