Guest reviews reveal significant dissatisfaction with cleanliness and service, citing dirty rooms, unhelpful staff, and poor housekeeping as recurring issues. Many guests experienced long waits at reception and found the check-in process frustrating. However, the location is generally praised for its proximity to the city center and public transport, and several guests appreciated the availability of parking.
