Pros (+) Room looked like just remodeled and landscaping as well. Receptionist was very friendly. We upgraded from 1 queen to 2 queen beds and rate only increased about 15 dollars. Also has a good breakfast place across the street and great burgers at Brea's best a few doors up. Extensive tv options.

Pros (+) The price is great if you are on a budget. The rooms are super clean. The rooms are newly remodeled/updated. It is a nice quiet location. The rooms have a mini fridge, microwave, and table. The AC was nice and cold. The water pressure was good. It was about a 20-25 minute drive to Disneyland Park with easy freeway access.
Cons (-) The rooms are on the smallish side. There is no complimentary/continental breakfast available.
