Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and attentive staff, the wide range of amenities and activities (including excursions, wellness areas, and entertainment), and the quality and variety of breakfast. The hotel's location was appreciated for its tranquility and scenic surroundings. However, some guests noted issues with cleanliness, particularly with carpets and bathrooms, and a few mentioned noise and room maintenance concerns. Overall, the positives regarding service, amenities, breakfast, and location outweighed the negatives.
