10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was outstanding! Several items were “specialty” type items like green juice, pomegranate Greek yogurt, and banana nut waffles plus all the regular items you get at all hotel breakfast buffets. Staff was exceptional! I dropped my engagement ring down the elevator shaft and thought it was gone forever but they recovered it for me! I know it took a lot to get it back and they were so gracious! I couldn’t thank them enough!!
5.8 Okay
Cons: Drove 100 miles so I could pay with credit card for my daughter's room. They still ran original debit card!!! I filled out authorization AND handed him card!

Pros: Breakfast was excellent Location good building looks, clean was good
Cons: Having water turned off for two hours during day. Next day having no hot water upon getting up in morning Complaining about no hot water, was assured it was being fixed, when returned following evening was told all fixed - BUT IT WAS NOT! Had to pack up and move to another room, got a bottle of water and a cookie to make me happy. Some of the staff did not seem to know what to do about anything.

4.2 Okay
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Staff was rude and easily irritable. Before I was able to ask a full question she abruptly cut me off to tell me cash only.. my question was regarding the amount of a hold.. so no I didn’t get an answer. I again tried to ask if an ATM was on the property (to make a deposit as there is no Bank of America in the city) staff cut me off to say “even if we did we don’t take cash” again.. my question went unanswered. I called to cancel and they both told me management is unavailable but I never received confirmation my reservation was cancelled as staff says they never seen it on booking.com.......
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room with two rooms for the toilet and shower. The walk in shower was great. The room was quite comfortable.
Cons: The mattress could have been firmer. My back hurt me in the mornings. The floor of the shower was slippery. It could use something a little rough on the floor so as not to slip. The pool was very inaccessible for me in a scooter. The doors are too close and should open like handicap doors.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The only thing that was wrong is that the fire alarm went on at about 930am.
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast buffet had a good variety
Cons: I couldn’t check in at 3 because the rooms weren’t ready. The price was twice as much as I have ever paid in Saginaw. This was due to a soccer tournament
8.8 Excellent
Pros: One of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. Layout is awesome, including separate toilet and shower rooms, both with sinks! Love the extra hour (10-11pm) of pool time for “adults only.”
Cons: Staff wasn’t *unfriendly per say, but I would also not describe the two very gruff men as “friendly.” The “spa” was just a hot tub, with no button I could see for jets.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great, no issues.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful bathroom. Really large rooms and the Internet speed is very good. We only stayed one night but it would have been great for multiple nights.
Cons: You could hear the family above us doing gymnastics and kids yelling. Voices were muffled but you still heard it. You also heard the rush of water in the ceiling from the showers and sinks above.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice space in the room. Sofa is a pull out trundle, essentially making 2 single beds which was great for kids. Excellent breakfast. Convenient location off the highway
Cons: Our only downside was REALLY noisy neighbors with kids running back and forth between rooms and slamming doors until very late, also loud unsupervised kids in pool. Staff did nothing about this
9.2 Excellent
Pros: rooms was ok
Cons: I stay three night my room was not get clean no clean towel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very modern and clean. The location was great and the breakfast had a lot of variety and was fresh.
Cons: No dislikes noted.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the way the rooms were decorated and the lobby was inviting. The person that checked us in was prepared and friendly.
Cons: Actually, it didn't really have an impact on us other than a mild inconvenience but the elevators broke down while we were there which is not cool for disabled people.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the time I arrived to check in till the time I checked out to leave was excellent!!! The staff were all kind. I would refer this location to anyone!
Cons: No complaints

Pros: Very much as advertised. Close to DOW Event Center, where I was going during my stay in Saginaw. Clean, comfortable, wifi, microwave and mini fridge. The area was quiet. The staff were very kind, easily approachable and fixed wifi issue very quickly.
Cons: Coke machine was out of Cokes but other than that, no complaints
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It had the price and the appearance of a roadside motel. However, the owners were friendly, and the rooms were very well maintained. They’re an outlier as most motels like these are not this comfortable and clean. Had a wonderful nights sleep.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly host, super clean, and great price.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: We were coming from a wedding. So we got there a little after 2 am. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She made things so easy. The room was clean, very nicely appointed. I love the little touches. And if I were to stay more than one night, it had a fridge and microwave! The wi fi was easy to access. All in all, a very satisfying stay.
Cons: The only complaint I had was the mattress is hard for me. But that is more personal preference than an actual issue.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The experience was lovely we rolled in exhausted and road worn, the front desk was lovely and kind and fast, the room was large and clean and very well maintained!
Cons: Found no reason to complain
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I have a 8 pound shih Tzu that does not shed. She does not have any bad habits. I think $15 is a little high for her to spend the night. I was expecting maybe $10 at the most. I also had trouble understanding the lady’s accent when I checked in.
Cons: Sorry see above. I liked everything else. Wished there were more motels like this one to stay in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Was surprised to see that the hotel was in a corn field. Not in town . All redone and very clean. I would stay there again. It's on my list of cheap and well worth the money.

8.0 Excellent
Cons: No extra blankets Exercise room TV wasn’t working Poor coffee
7.1 Good
Pros: The air conditioner was really loud and it shook the window above. It was hard to sleep turned it off and then got to hot. Put the hotel was very nice.
6.3 Good
Pros: The continital breakfast was poorly presented and very little of it. Apparently no one monitoring
7.1 Good
Pros: Analog tv w/no premium channels. Haven't seen an analog tv in 20 years.
Cons: Bed was rock hard, nachos were microwave to death.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The location was ok, but the service SUCKED.
Cons: The Front Desk person for the Morning has ZERO customer service skills. We needed an iron, never received it. I tried to use the fitness room, almost broke my neck, because the treadmill belt slips. I call myself trying to be courteous and not let someone else get injured, I go to the front desk to tell her, her reaction was that she couldn't care less about the information... Went to the funeral I was there for came back, and there was STILL not a note on the machine... We asked for an extra blanket as my grand son and I get cold easily, both blankets had cigarette holes in them... It was just an OVERALL HORRIBLE experience for me at this hotel... and I've stayed at the Ramada before, just not this location. Staff should have Customer Service Training. I'm not one of those "the customer is always right" because I've worked in Customer service for 25 years, however a SMILE, and You're welcome, a "is there anything I can do for you" goes a LONG WAY... Especially when we had issues from the FIRST DAY...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were amazing!!!
Cons: Parking was just a bit shy, the motel was full.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The jetted tub in the room was the perk.... The breakfast was good...
Cons: I don't usually fill or evaluate rooms but I wanted to let others know our experience....my husband and I have traveled to multiple areas and have learned what is acceptable and what is not by our standards... Not acceptable: After we arrived, checked in and found our room, I discover that I had to fetch towels, shampoo, conditioner fm the front desk clerk...and when I asked about coffee offered in our room, all they offered was decafe and even the tea in room was old.... when I plugged in my ph charger by the bed side table, I found BLOOD on the wall !! I wouldn't recommend walking bare foot on carpet either, as it is rather smelly, dated and old... No pool either.. Had to be removed for some reason ? Location: is in a strange area... it is right in the middle of a residential area, not on the commercial side but residential.... We were further bothered by a local who really creeped us out... Even followed us back to our room... Scary .... Beware if you book here !!!!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent. The room size is impressive. The appearance is professional (and always has been in the over 25 years we have stayed there.)
Cons: The bed was not comfortable on my side. it was as if a 500 pound person had slept there. My wife's side was excellent. The mattress needed to be replaced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room had separate vanity from shower and toilet. Restaurant and patio.
Cons: No waffles with breakfast.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: The TV was tiny. I couldn’t even seethe baseball score in the corner of the TV or the US Open score. Also, the beds were hard and uncomfortable.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Bar

Pros: The pool was clean...the coffee first day was excellent..I liked having a frig..very convenient
Cons: The pool was too cold..the room was small..I thought there was going to be a sofa bed..not enough room..everything was cramped..sink stopper did not work...maintenance cane to fix it but it broke again after one use. Not handicap safe. My mom fell on way in..had to go to hospital for 4 hours..sore for days..was not able to walk entire trip..was not offered discount for our troubles..the whole experience sucked and wish we never went there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent. The attendant, Jessie was a fantastic. she was constantly attending to any need that we had and she was very pleasant to have around in the mornings. The pool area was clean and there were clean towels available both times we used it.
Cons: There isn't too much about the property that I didnt like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything!...but the cleanliness and friendly staff was a plus!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We LOVED the pool and the hot tub. The rooms were really clean and looked like they had been renovated. They had great breakfast and put out snacks in the evening. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was in a great location! We were going to the frankenmuth autofest. It was only a short drive away.
Cons: The beds were a little harder than we would have expected. We also recommend putting 4 pillows on the bed insted of 3. The air conditioner in our room didn't work very well. It was old and the options were either blazing hot or freezing cold. Nothing in the middle seemed to work. Luckily, it was beautiful over the weekend and the window was able to be cracked. Also the sink didn't drain well and the shower whistled when it was turned on. There were a couple times when the lobby and stairs behind the elevator smelled of cigarette or marijuana smoke. It was hard for someone in our group because they are asthmatic and it was trigger for it.
7.5 Good
Pros: The cleanliness and the good service.
Cons: The bed was to firm. Had a hard time sleeping.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: They moved us to a different room because I had a baby with me and he was running around so people are complaining under us they moved us to another room it smelled like dog the floor carpet was filthy

Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Staff was rude and woke up my sleeping baby saying guess where complaining about nose as we were sleeping! If you don’t like nose from toddler walking around should have put us on first floor. Blond girl was very rude and should be talked about how she talks to guess maybe she just don’t like her job when checking in she was complaining about job maybe she should get a new job where she don’t have to work with public.

Pros: The contiental breakfast each morning had a great variety and hotel employee was always so happy & helpful. Everyone on staff we encountered was great. Thanks also to Staff. Your hospitality and kindness were much appreciated.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Check-in staff were friendly, professional, and efficient considering number of people who arrived near the same time; if anyone complained about the wait during this time, please dismiss it, these ladies could not have handled the situation any better; I was impressed. Also, the housekeeping staff were friendly during our whole stay-they acknowledged and smile whenever we would pass by-not just one, many of them. Also, the floor in the elevator is a nice touch/pretty.
Cons: The elevator was quite shaky which made us apprehensive until we got used it. For the housekeeping staff, I do feel like they should have better carts-many of them looked hard for them to handle, especially getting on and off the elevator.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everyone that worked there was very nice. The place was clean, coffee was not and had a nice variety of items to pick from for breakfast.
Cons: Wish they didn't raise prices for special events in the area. If we had known the area we could have stayed two nights for less than we paid for one night.

Pros: It's easy to find and get in an out when driving on the highway.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Was very happpy about how clean the room was. The night manager was really awesome. There were some people gathered near our window getting pretty loud. We were starting to get upset, then we heard the manager out there talking to the people outside, then it got quiet outside. was nice to know he was keeping an eye out for us staying there.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The owner was nice
Cons: Housekeeping cleaned nothing. Cigarette burns in the blanket, used bandages under the bed, blood on the bathroom floor, condom on the shelf, and pubic hair all over the sink. Dont waste your money.
4.2 Okay
Cons: The place smelled like moth balls and mold. The pillows looked like they were 10 years old. Very outdated.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Hot water, location was central, had a refrigerator
Cons: Where do I start? This hotel hasn't been taken care of in years. All plugs are old and nothing stayed plagued in. We had to fix the TV because it didnt come in clear. Breakfast was supposed to be at 8 but the doors were all locked. Same with the facilities room, couldn't get ice. Staff was absent more than present. We weren't given a do not disturb sign so we had to make one. Also of note, the room was dirty. Sheets had multiple stains, looked like blood. The fan in the bathroom didnt have a cover on it. This hotel, especially for being rated a 7 online, was terrible. We had people next door banging all night, cars revving outside. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were flat pieces of nothing.

Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: The towels had hairs in them - nasty! Not a very clean bathroom The breakfast area looked dirty and unappetizing There was a bad odour in the room - we went and bought an air freshener to help with the smell.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The bed was comfortable. That's about all I can say for this place.
Cons: The manager ticked me off from the very beginning when, because I am disabled, have a hearing impairment, and I asked him to repeat something I couldn't hear during check-in, he ROLLED HIS EYES at me!!! (I had already told him I was hearing impaired, so it's not as if he didn't know.) UNBELIEVEABLE!!! Then there was the bathroom doorknob that pulled right off...leaving me unable to open the door to get into the bathroom. No one could be bothered to answer the desk phone when I called for someone to open it; instead, I had to go to the office in person. Windows did not lock, security lock was broken, alarm clock did not work, toilet did not flush properly, place smelled like smoke when I walked in, floorboard heating ducts were falling apart and looked like they came from a junkyard, no blanket was provided, there was no parking for the disabled (despite the fact that it is required by law), staff knocked on my door and awakened me well before checkout time in the morning. Interestingly, the wastebasket was from the Holiday Inn. One has to wonder.... I am an old camper and regular economy-lodging traveler...I'm not picky, and I don't require much. Even for my relatively low standards, this place was NOT up to par!

Pros: Basic and clean $50/night room. It appears the management lives on site. I feared that I might be staying at a "notell", but that was not the case.
Cons: The hotel is very old and could benefit from a complete renovation. But, I'm sure it would cost more to stay.
