didn't like the shower in my room as it was set up for a wheel chair user so didn't go up very high.

no one rushes you food ha improved we were fine but others were maoning how long it took to get the eggs for their breakfast
room 101 we had we arrived about 20 hundred hours window had been left opened net curtain was out of window and wet and heating was off we were tired and cold after a 6 hour journey my husband had to climb on chair to close window and he manage to turn heating on fire alarm went off when in bath but no one annouce it was false alarm got out quickly and then fire alarm went off
