we got a detailed plan to get to the apartment. detailed description of how to use the code. super place, everything nearby .
Location easy acces to my home
Agent Robert very helpful
The apartment was spacious and the rooms were tidy when we arrived. Kitchen had good supplies for us to use which was helpful.
Wi-Fi was absolutely shocking. I could never connect to the Wi-Fi unless I was standing directly in front of the main door and even then it was very very slow. Basically was not able to use the Wi-Fi properly during my stay.
I especially like the location of the apartment. The bed size is perfect and the supplies are just adequate, although additional pots and blender would have been good.
The location of the TV in the room is awkward. The cleanliness of the apartment could also be improved by little wall paint retouch and wall-edges vacuum cleaning.
Great location and easy to access. Parking nearby and on street (can pay via app so easy to manage overnight). Comfy bed and nice mini flat set up. Places to eat close by too.
It is quite close to a main road and the windows are single glazed, plus there's a boiler in the cupboard nearby which makes for some noise during the night and early morning. There was construction work going on alongside the windows and on the street next to the apartment, which wasn't detailed beforehand. The bathroom is little tired and needs a bit of a touch up paint wise, as do things like the tap in the kitchen.
If its a central location you want, then this is it! The studio is on the first floor of a modern and tasteful three storey apartment block and is accessed through the main communal door. The rear car park is exclusive to apartment owners and is available at £10.00 per twenty four hour period or part thereof. Essentially this is an apartment for two although it is also suitable for a couple with a young child. It is light, airy and very comfortable. Spacious and well set out, the studio benefits from a comprehensively equipped kitchen and an en suite shower and WC. Quality fittings. Definitely a place to relax and enjoy in the knowledge that so many amenities are on the doorstep. Excellent free wi-fi connection and a wall mounted flatscreen TV (freeview). Such a good alternative to and much more competitively priced than a hotel. As an example, the nearby Holiday Inn advertises from just over £100.00 a night but in reality charges well in excess of this for a basic room only! The apartment of course has more freedom and flexibility over what you do & when. This apartment can offer you exactly what you need, with the security of a home, the practicality of a central location, and modern comforts. All the privacy you want. Quality fresh bed linen and towels. Spotlessly clean apartment. It is possible to have your own private and very secure parking space within the confines of the apartment block and this costs an extra £10.00 for each twenty four hours or part thereof - the walk to the apartment from here is about a minute! There is on street meter parking and Cabot Circus - just a few minutes walk - has secure, well lit overnight fully covered parking for a very modest fee - just £2.50 between 6.00 pm and 6.00 am!! Check in is 2.00 p.m. onwards and checkout 11.00 a.m. at latest. According to the level of bookings there could be flexibility with times of arrival and departure, something which doesn't often feature elsewhere! Usually self check-in. Very simple booking system. Come and enjoy this wonderful city - a short refreshing break here might do you the world of good at this time of year! Incidentally, Bath is only a 12 minute train ride away!
