Pros: compared to normal best western hotel this hotel is very good, price via booking.com was also good. place looks beautiful, rooms are clean,people are lovely. there is a microwave in the room and there is small shop at the reception to by food and lot of useful things. washing laundry is also possible and there is room for making sport, a pool and much more. in the evening there are delicious cookies for free and the breakfast is good compared to other us hotels ( the selection of sausages, cheese, milk, fruit, bread and other things is not up to international standards and maybe not that healthy but that seems to be a us wide issue :-) )

Pros: The breakfast was the worst breakfast I have ever experienced in this level of hotel. The dining room was dirty and the back kitchen was filthy. The food was terrible. The counters and containers were dirty. The food when empty was not replaced. The bacon was raw and in its own grease. The coffee was like water. It was a thoroughly disgusting experince.
