Nice lobby décor. Nice rooms. Located near the entrance to Bryce.
Rooms were clean.
Poor views considering the beauty of the area. Staff seemed uninterested.
Great location to hit the trails hard the next day
Is there an easier way to find my Best Western rewards #? Can't it just be linked to my name and address? Can BW send an electronic card to my phone that I can flash to the desk clerk? Come on people, this is the electronic age. Please make it easier to find. Thanks!!
Great hotel but beware of reservation
I booked a king size room from getaroom recommended on Kayak. Received verification of king bed. After checking in, I went to the room and found it was 2 queens. Went back to front desk and was told they were sold out, did not have any king beds and do not honor request made through 3rd parties. I went back to my room and searched the availability of rooms and they were not sold out and King beds were available. They lied to me. I went back down stairs and the shift manager Mike (a girl) told me that what she meant was standard King beds were sold out. They had King rooms that were an upgrade from standard kings but I couldn't have one of them. I was, at the least, a little upset because I had a reservation for a standard King that they would not honor.
See above about room type. The facility was nice but their practice of giving you whatever room is available if you don't book directly through them is unacceptable. I use kayak, Expedia and trip advisor a great deal and have never had this problem.
Spacious room and great breakfast buffet.
Walls and ceilings were very thin. We could hear everyone talking and moving around in adjacent rooms. It sounded like there were elephants stampeding above us all night. Difficult to sleep.
The location to Bryce National Park was great and the accommodations were very comfortable and looked new
The room was thoroughly clean as promised
Staff and manager were confused over Kayak reservation. They were not very polite. The sanitation on the breakfast bar is questionable.
Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Best bacon ever. Location was also great; easy to get to Bryce for sunrise if you wish.
Good for the price.
Location was great. Quiet. Good breakfast, including Cholula at every table! Room was clean and spacious. If you don't get to breakfast until 9am you might miss some of the selection.
Staff could be friendlier. Needs an indoor hot tub. Elevator was slow and heater in the room was pretty loud. Beds were pretty uncomfortable (lumpy). Extended breakfast hours for New Year's Day would be nice. Shower drain was slow to drain/partly clogged.
Stay here when you are visiting Bryce Canyon
Fast check-in, clean rooms, and a great breakfast at a really good price.
Awesome place to stay !!
Best of the rooms with all amenities. Fabulous Breakfast. Perfectly located, just out of the main entrance of the Park gate.
Wifi - The internet provided sucks !!! Too slow :(
best place to stay at bryce
after a long day of hiking, this hotel had the best bed and shower. Also, great breakfast in the am.
Fantastic location being only 5 mins from the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park. Having a coin operated laundry was a huge plus. For $4.75 we washed and dried a suitcase full of clothes - Bargin!
The bed was extremely soft and not very comfortable. Also, the air conditioning was jet engine loud and had to be turned off over night in order to sleep.
- great location nearby the national Park Entrance - excellent professional receptionist - excellent spacious and clean room - good wifi connectivity
proximity to Bryce Canyon
not being able to get an evening meal in the hotel
Hotel decor very appropriate to surrounding area. Spacious with well appointed rooms. Plenty of parking. Breakfast of very good quality and choice. Very well positioned for visiting the Bryce Canyon.
Being english we do drink tea therefore a small kettle and a little fresh milk in the fridge would have been perfect.
Convenient location and nice facility.
Buffet breakfast included; great location to National Park, shopping, rodeo
A/C unit in room is very loud; couldn't use Nintendo Wii w/TV,spa jets did not work correctly, need a waffle maker @the buffet breakfast, vending machines needed to be attended to more often
Friendly greeting and made to feel welcome by helpful staff. Comfortable room aircon noisy. Good breakfast.
My entire stay was excellent. I am very pleased that I chose to stay at this best western location. The staff were very helpful particularly the front desk staff. The breakfast would surely have satisfied anyone.
No, there was nothing to dislike about the hotel
Comfortable bed. The breakfast, described as Continental, was generous.
