Overalll great experience
Couple extra blocks from Old Town, Valet Parking Overpriced
The location cannot be beat as most of what you would want to see is less than a 30 min walk and if you want to cab it is easy and very cheap (1.39 lei per km or about 28 US cents). The hotel has all you could need and rooms were big, well appointed and immaculately kept. Staff was very attentive and the breakfast that was included in our rate was outstanding. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Truly a 4.5* experience
They did not seem to have much information on the immediate local area like reasonable places to eat, groceries and such. Not a big deal as we easily found things on our own. Also no detailed local map for the immediate area.
Great place to stay in Bucharest
The room was modern and very clean. The staff helpful, professional and friendly. Good location in the city. All the meals I had from room service and onsite restaurants were very good.
On a couple of occasions took a long time to pick up room service dishes even after calling and requesting them to be removed.
The room that I booked was not at the main hotel
Location Size of the room Cleanness
The room was not at the hotel main building Not as luxury as the hotel rooms Bkfast was served at another restaurant and was of lower quality that the one at the main hotel Money paid could have booked a room at a much nicer hotel Missleading information at the time of the booking. KAYAK should state that the room was an apartment house at another building block and not at the main hotel
The service The food The room The lobby
The small parking area in front of the hotel
Radison Blu
i paid for Double studio room and when i come to hotel i was shocked because i though doble studio its better then standard room but unfortunately its simple room which smelling bad and not in the same building where the standard rooms.so i asked how much i need to pay more for to move to standard room and i paid 500 $ its a lots,
Very friendly staff. The rooms were nice and clean. The lounge bar has an interesting design. The hotel was very flexible to give a late check-out.
The breakfast is good, but expensive. The quality of the wireless internet is poor. The fresh orange juice in the lounge bar was only partly fresh, mixed with a lot of water. The Bali wellness is closed on Sunday and full booked on Saturdays days in advance. Weekend visitors need to book days before arrival.
A real 5 star hotel, the place around, the lobby, the room, roomservice, the garden, the spa. Excelent!
Quick check-in, spatious and silent room w/ garden view, nespresso machine, quality room service w/ delicious food.
Non-functional bathroom, hand towels located far away from the lavatory. The double bed is actually two seperate beds and they seperate when you roll from one side to another. Central location but still requires 8-10mins for taxis to arrive.
expensive restaurant - low quality steak
central location, state of the art facilities and design, good value for money
strange smell in the room at certain times, billing issues
Very friendly and efficient staff. Quiet big rooms. Definitely the best Hotel in Bucharest
Great location, very good facilities.
disign ,value for money,location
10 minutes after my arrival the police lifted my car right outside the hotel for parking violation, because the doorman was propably sleeping at the time. The manager still hasnt answer my complains i sent via email.I had to pay more than 200 euro to take the car back..
Excellent central location & the amenities were great! I did not expect that. The day we showed up at the hotel the heat and humidity was unbearable but the beautiful pool and spa took care of that. My wife had not seen her Grandmother in 25 years and this hotel played an important role in this successful reunion!
very good location, beautiful and brand new hotel with a very nice pool, it is a great choice. breakfast very very impressive.
Bucharest is one of Eastern Europe’s most fascinating cities, and since Romania moved out of the Soviet bloc and into the European Union, the country has embarked upon amazing economic growth. There are many historical sights to see in this ancient city and country – including Transylvania. To get a stay that immerses you in Romanian culture while providing luxury accommodations, the Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest is the choice for discerning travelers.
One of the great things about this hotel is its location. Located in the center of Bucharest, this hotel is within walking distance of the sights, including famous ones like the Romanian Athenaeum and Palace of Parliament. The other great walking distance attraction is the old city. This is a great way to get to the heart of Romanian culture with just a short walk.
The rooms are perfectly appointed as well. There are lots of great views and the large windows allow you to have an unmatched view of Romania's capital. The 487 rooms have a contemporary design by leading architects and designers, giving the hotel rooms a flair associated with luxury hotels in other, more well-known locations.
There are a couple of dining options in the hotel. Dacia Felix Restaurant offers a breakfast buffet and Ginger Sushi Bar and Lounge offers Asian cuisine. Have a drink at Bla Lounge Bar or enjoy red wine and high-end cognac at the Dark Bla Bar. If you’re in search of other dining, there are plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance of the Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest.
There are several ways to enjoy Romania, but staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest is a great way for travelers to get a high-end experience in one of Europe's great cities.
