This is not a 4 star hotel as advertised, broken furniture, stained and ripped carpet, uncomfortable bed, stains in the bathroom, very old and dingy. It should be rated as a 2 atar hotel.

Pros (+) Exceptional and accommodating staff (most are bilingual with English and Spanish), great location in the heart of Recoleta and complimentary breakfast is always a plus! I would most certainly consider staying here again on my next trip down!
Cons (-) The air conditioning was very noisy and my view wasn't great but at the price point, that was to be expected.
