Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent central location and generally friendly, helpful staff. The service is often described as attentive and professional. However, several reviews mention that the hotel facilities and rooms are dated and in need of renovation. Cleanliness is mixed, with some guests finding rooms clean while others note issues. Breakfast receives criticism for its lack of variety and quality, but value for price is considered good by many. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and service, though improvements are needed in amenities and upkeep.
