Pros (+) Great location and nice, large room.
Cons (-) Housekeeping was a little bit inconsistent. Noise from "The STAGE" across the street was a little annoying. Breakfast line was organized strangely -- there was an entrance/exit dictated but the two lines within the buffet area were chaos.

Pros (+) Modern but still comfy, nice rooms, great staff. Great location right near downtown Burbank and a short drive to Hollywood. I would definitely stay again and have already recommend it to friends. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

Cons (-) I didn't like being surprised by parking fees. That should have been disclosed earlier and included in the room charge.
